Haven Health Prescott Assisted Living

absolutely hands down i was impressed with this facility. My father was referred to them for months of therapy following a fall at home. When I first walked in I noticed immediately that everything smells clean, there were a lot of caregivers and I didn't see any signs of not having enough staff for the residence. Thank you Haven Health for taking care of our elderly and you all deserve recognition

I love it here with my wife Lisa The people are nice , love all The care takers Richard ! The cleaning people do a super Job of cleaning there are super Great people also Evelyn and Jessica they great In the activity room and they are great people also!!! Also Richard the transportation guy is wonderful at his job. He's so helpful and kind. Debi the care does a great job Richard and Lisa !

Took awesome care of my Aunt who was able to come home today. She just lived Serena a Nurse & Jazmin in Social service. Numerous other staff was very helpful but we she could remember all the names?❤️

I have lived at the assisted living since June. I like the meals they give you. I like the help they give us. I appreciate Jessica in the activities department. She’s helpful and nice. She comes and helps me with getting ready to go down for activities and she doesn’t get upset about it. She likes to help people. The caregiver Yuve is so cheerful all the time even when she doesn’t want to be. The caregiver Yareli is always nice and makes time to help you even when she doesn’t have time. She makes time for you. Caregiver Marlo is understanding of me being in pain. She doesn’t just run out the door. She takes her time to talk with me and understands me. I had to give up a lot when I moved here. It was hard to handle the change. Everyone here has helped it get easier.

I lived here for two years and moved away to another state. When I came back to Az I moved back in here. I really like the people who work here. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I like the Director Cheyenne he's very helpful and caring. He's always here to help when needed.It's a good location.

My elderly mother fell and needed to spend some time at Haven. Everyone that my mom and I came into contact with was so caring. Always open to help me navigate the situation. My mom was scared and anxious. The staff never tired of reassuring her it was going to be ok. Jazmin who is the social worker there went above and beyond to help us both. I count myself lucky my mom ended up there.

I count myself very fortunate to live at Boulder Gardens Assisted Living Center. I am so happy here. The setting is beautiful. Boulders on one side, and gardens and fish ponds on the other. Occasionally we see mule deer, coyotes, and squirrels on the boulders. The staff are wonderful, friendly and efficient, one can see they really enjoy their work and support each other. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The caregivers do just that and do it very well. The maintenance staff are extra helpful. One can request anything and they will do it, fix it, buy it or make it. The kitchen staff are kind, helpful, very patient, and most important are good cooks. The day's menus are posted and there are always alternatives. If you wish to eat in your room they will give you your meal to go. Snacks are available. Vending machines satisfy your candy craving's. The cooks are baking experts and there is always cake or fruit. Our activities director keeps us busy if we wish. The activities are many and varied, one can always find something that appeals. We are able to make suggestions for an activity. There are outings including shopping and others if you chose to go. The accommodations are very livable. In every room each person, usually two per room, has a fridge, a microwave, vanity and ample cupboards and drawers. Bathrooms in every room are well equipped. Housekeeping staff are wonderful. Everything is clean and fresh, and washing is done weekly. Of course not everyone is happy all the time. People grouse about everything. Food, activities, and the staff, but mostly, from what I see about their roommate. But as Winston Churchill once said "you can please all of the people some of the time, and some of the people all of the time, but you cannot please all of the people all of the time."
