Don’t dare miss an appointment for ANY reason. They will charge you for missing the appointment (normal). When setting up new appointment, they scheduled my date and said “hold on, we need to check your chart,” called a week later to tell me that they now have to cancel the date we just set and make a new schedule of my one appointment across several different appointments. Can we say fraud… so they can drain us and our insurance companies. Do not let this company defraud you and your insurance company. Take your business elsewhere…. Must be why they are 2 star rating…

Rude and uncaring office staff. Dr. Ali scheduled us swiftly to place my dad's stent but the follow up care was non-existent. When we called the office back they just kept sending us to the ER. The ER doc said there is nothing he could do and would need to consult GI. The on call GI from this office said he needs Ali to scope him. Call the office.

Update: Spoke with Hyde and explained the CT findings. She actually said, "what do you want us to do." CT shows the stent placement has tissue growth around it so it isn't working. Was told the doctor will review and call us back. Crickets.
After this we will be changing groups for long term management. What a joke of an office.

Digestive care associates I believe this place is run backwards. I waited a month and a 1/2 for an appointment that only one doctor performs (a specialist) only in Las Vegas on the 27th. that office never returned 4 previous phone calls and 2 days before my 100 mile away appointment someone finally returned my call only to tell me that my appointment has to be changed until the end of March. This appointment wasnt even for the procedure i was having. It was a chat to talk about it. Who knows how many months will that take. What a joke Digestive care associates in Las Vegas is.

BEWARE‼️‼️‼️ I wish there was a ZERO because that is all they deserve ‼️‼️‼️ I wouldn’t take my dog there‼️‼️‼️ I called for a STAT appointment….They asked for my symptoms ,which were severe. I gave my symptoms to Gail and it took 2 1/2 weeks to get a call back just for an appointment time. I went to a Geisinger doctor and got seen immediately…thank god. Go there at your own RISK ‼️‼️‼️

Not good. The office is understaffed and they have systemic procedural problems. I have to wait days for someone to call me back after leaving a voicemail with the doctor's nurse. If I ever had a serious problem to report I'd have to go the emergency room. What a joke! Never have these problems with any other doctor's office. Fix yourself digestive care associates!!

I clearly advised I have a gluten allergy & it was listed on my chart yet they gave me a cookie with gluten after a stomach scope. I was sick for days afterward. Also Dr. Ali was more intent on making money than concentrating on the reason I was there: a stomach scope. He was pushing a colonoscopy before he put me under. I switched doctors and never went back. This place doesn't even deserve a 1 for rating. The rating I'd give would be negative.

Yeah I went here for years ,I had a couple Drs over time there ,Dr Ali was great love him ,he don't talk much and is fast but great guy no issue there ,I spoke to him once about an anesthesiologist, I came in and I asked her before hand please do iv here because I have issues and she got snippy and said ive be doing this for long time and hurt me and I yelled at her infiltration ,she got all.flusterd and was shaky someone else took over and there she went running for her life to setup everyone else she was like running on crack to get other patients done while 3 others were relaxed and standing there ,,i am still traumatized and having ptsd over this ,so 2 years I come back for my next repeat and basically it was same lady who didn't let me speak to the doctor last time so I asked her if she will let me speak to him ,she was being nice and friendly and I knew she was going to pull something ,and ssure enough she did ,,,if you were scared of this place before ,,well you will be after you hear what she did ,she tried again in the room to stop me from speaking to the doctor ,she kicked the meds to knock me out instantly so i could only get few words out, thats scum, and you guys shloud be ashamed ,,then sometimes i call in and they just will never let me speak to that doctor they constantly make statements like this guy don't do that or try to stop me from speaking to him I never spoke to one person there for long enough to understand anything,it's a factory in out there done by 2 it doesnt matter I tryed making appointments i was lucky to get him on the phone one day and that wasnt great either he rushed threw that it might be dr ali i dont know but im traumatized from my treatment there ,I tryed to give the Benifit of the doubt to the dr cause i like his country Pakistan,and i travel to india ,my finacees a doctor there leprosy, ,so i had respect ,but im not sure whats up at that office ,anyone who tries to put to sleep to stop me from speaking that's disgusting

Nurses were kind, and helpful, very clean, quickly attended to upon arrival. Dr. Was very nice, professional, and courteous. 5 stars is a rating on the Dr. and office, not what procedures are done there! (Who wants that) Its a gastroenterologist office, in case you may be wondering.
