I am a first time mom and took my baby boy to his appointment yesterday the lady we saw named kiya was so unprofessional she walked all over me. When I told her what was going on she completely ignored the fact that I told her what I was doing hasn’t been working for over 3 weeks and told me to keep doing it. She doesn’t fully check my baby either, she opened one side of my baby’s diaper barely looked and said “okay” never did she tell me everything looks good or anything like that. And at his last appointment she told me to schedule him to get his shots in a month(that’s what this appointment was for) but when she was about to leaver the room I asked about his shots and she said he’s not old enough to get them he has to be 2 months schedule a appointment for 1 month mind you my baby is almost 7 weeks she could have had me come back in a week or 2 but a whole month is outrageous. I may be a first time mom but I have experience with my baby sister I know what should be getting done and instead of doing what she’s supposed to she’s walking all over me when I express my concerns.

I loveeeee Jessica ❤️ she is the best ever and the nurses down to the lady’s in the front desk. She sees all 3 of my kids and has been so amazing. Love them wouldn’t go anywhere else

I've been going here for 6 years. Going on 7 years. Staff is amazing. My favorite is the pa colleen. Shes wonderful. Dr atiyah has his moments where you question bedside manor but is a very kind person with all the right answers for any medical issues. Judy the receptionist is a doll every time and the nurses and karis are also great! I love this place. They've stood up for my babies when they were mistreated by hospitals and gotten them in every time their sick the same day. I'm so blessed to have them.

We've been going here for over two years and I really love the staff. Reception, nurses and dr. Atiyah (sp?) But the other two doctors never address my concerns or answer my questions. They're rude, talk over you and have very out dated advice. Stick to the actual M.D. and you're good to go

who ever answers the phone to make the appointments on today has a really bad attitude, there is a level of understanding that you have to have in this type of job, its not like the kids choose to be sick, and parents are doing the best that they can to make sure their child is well.

Dr. Kosek is the best! You feel comfortable, he listens and never rushes you, he really cares about his patients.
