Everyone here is amazing! I had not been to a dentist in years, and went in a little nervous since I wasn’t sure what to expect. I felt comfortable immediately following my first checkup. Everyone was so polite, professional, fair, and fun. I just returned to have a wisdom tooth pulled (which I had never done before and was a bit nervous), and it was such a quick and easy process. I definitely recommend this office. Every person here is fantastic.

Don't like them.
The person who placed the attachments ended getting one stuck. OK, kinda no big deal. She called the ortho in who then RIPPED the thing out of my mouth and tore my lip. Bad experience #1. I ended up moving out of state and unexpectedly moved back - they have been TERRIBLE during the transfer back. They have been rude about me coming back. They have been overbooked so it took weeks to get an appointment and when the day finally came they didn't even have my trays and said that they had emailed the other office but hadn't heard back and they needed me to. So why didn't you call me during the entire month (literally 30 days from when I made the appointment to the appointment day) and tell me so I didn't drive the 40 minutes from my house to your office just to be told you weren't going to do anything AND you wanted me to call the other place?

I've never had a more thorough dental exam. State-of-the-art diagnostic equipment was used and I received friendly, knowledgeable service from the entire staff. Tammy (my technician) educated me and reminded me of all the practices associated with great dental health. She conducted herself with great humor and stellar care towards her patient. This experience was an 11!

I was scheduled to work with them and they basically cancelled an hour before my shift. The dr said I was too slow! when they sabotaged me with the software settings with the X-ray application so I would take longer taking X-rays!! This place is toxic. And they had the nerve to say I wasn’t a good fit! Wow! no comment but in a way I agree because I would not Sabotage someone on purpose just so I can get away with saying that they are too slow. Hell I’d make sure it was a fair situation for everyone. Not them they are really unfair to say I was too slow!

Everyone is very professional and welcoming. I was never pressured to do any procedures with my teeth. Everything was explained to me in advance with no pressure sales. They have done an amazing job with me. I am so happy to finally have a really good dentist that cares about me.

Today was my 1st appointment at Dental Care at Madrea Visita, it was amazing. They worked with my insurance company and covered all the xrays and imaging, plus reattached a crown and help me make choices for my next visit. The staff and medical team were kind, and patient with me. They explained every step and costs so I could make an informed decision that was best for me. I could not be happier. Thank you.

Our dentist is top notch. Earned my respect very quickly. I feel safe and well taken care of. The staff here is one of, if not, the best and kindest group you will ever find. I found Madera by accident and now it is my primary provider. Highly recommend.

Very friendly people from the front desk with Donna, then Amparo did a good job with the xray, cleaning my teeth, then Dr Sharma was very nice, i am grateful for them
