Simply pathetic service! I was sent here by my employer after a on the job accident. I was totally ignored by the front desk staff who didn't or refused to speak English and never answered a single question I asked. The Doctor was worse! I've worked in several foreign countries but couldn't recognize the language he was speaking at a million miles per hour, only throwing in one or two words I think that were in broken English! The Nurse who came in at the very end of the visit to assist me in getting dressed and placing the knee brace on was truly Phenomenal, kind and very caring! I can't say enough wonderful things about her! As far as the rest of the staff just Trust me on this one... You're better off getting a voodoo queen or a witch doctor to whip up a magic spell for your healing! Best of Luck!

If you can help it, do not go here for your medical DOT physical. Never had one where they make you strip down your clothing and put on some paper shorts. They look at you like you’re a piece of meat that they want to eat. And if you’ve been sick to where you’ve been dehydrated and throwing up it might cause you to have blood in your urine, but these people will only give you a 6 month card and tell you that you have to go pay to see a doctor to fax them a piece of paper saying that you was just sick. These people are fake doctors that has a good money contract with doing physicals for big companies. Why would I pay to go see a doctor to get these people to change it to a 2 year card like they want me to, when I can ride this 6 month card out and take my business somewhere else? It’s bad when I told them from the get go before even peeing in the cup that I’d been sick and throwing up the day before over eating something bad, then they tell me that the blood in the urine could be caused by what I made them aware of. Lol It’s cheaper to not pay for a REAL DOCTOR to fax them a piece of paper.

Their response makes no sense. 5 of us went in together. All of our physicals involved stripping our clothes off, but anything that was done could’ve been done with our clothes on. I think this is a place to check you out for sex trafficking or something. Not to mention, I told them before I peed that I’m going to show dehydrated sense I had fluids coming out both ends of my body the day before. This is the difference from going somewhere that an actual doctor does your physical

Staff is very kind and caring. They get you appointments If you need one the same day. There is a wait. Just like at any Dr's office. I'm going on 8 weeks Going there and it gets better every time. Staff makes you feel safe stress free and so kind. To there hurting patients. And yes it why I'm there being in pain. And the Dr's ease my mind . And pain Thank you all

Visited their Rogers location. Very unorganized. Called two weeks later for payment and said insurance doesn’t cover. Misinformed. Nurse and doctor who helped were great, but the passive aggressive front desk guy did not want to be there. Infectious bad attitude. I felt like i was at a clinic and everyone was a volunteer. I will not be visiting this Mickey Mouse operation again. It was evident there is 0 training for taking care of customers with a smile on their face, despite the overwhelming message of loving like Christ in their waiting room.

Social Security has sent me to a Russian Dr here twice now. Both times, he stated my nerve damage was bad, my right side wasn't acting right and when you do the test on the reflex of knees my right side no longer jumps when hit. He also talked about my enlarged heart, numbness throughout my right side and saw I cannot fully function. He then told SSA the complete opposite and their paper pushers denied me w/o all records from all Drs. They only used this guy's information. Not a good Dr, not a nice Dr and definitely do not recommend this office for any need at all. I was forced to go here b/c he is who does SSA stuff b/c he will give them what they want to hear in order to not pay people what they deserve when they cannot hold a job due to illnesses and disabilities. Be ready to not be heard!

Had a great experience at the Rogers clinic but the Springdale clinic was very helpful over the phone. The front desk staff was super nice, the nurse was super nice & her bedside manner was great, the X-ray tech was super nice, patient, & gentle with my ankle, the doc was super nice as he listened to me, asked me my thoughts, & covered everything with me. I would definitely go back!

I have been here twice for a DoT Physical and one time I was given a 2 year medical card by one doctor and went there recently with the EXACT same thing and was only given a 3 month medical card.....all the doctors do things there own way, I have had no problems getting a 2 year medical card since I started in 2019, Dr. Seth did not care what I had to tell him just cared about results back from a test I had in 2018. All the physicians should follow the same thing but instead each one is different. Go to medexpress for a DoT physical or somewhere else the doctors here are not on the same page of anything.
