MANA Family Medicine Pinnacle HIlls

Each time I've had to seek care at MANA, I have felt completely heard by all three providers. They are all very intelligent. They listen with patience, and are clear with their explanations of what's going on. I don't work in their specialty, and they don't treat me like I should just know what's going on, they do a great job of educating me and my family on managing our health concerns.

I usually see Jody Francisco APRN, who is wonderful and thorough. Today I saw Michelle Gardner APRN because Jody was not available. She was wonderful also. She answered all my questions and helped me with my current issue. She wasn’t bothered at all when I asked about other concerns that were not related to my acute appointment. She provided great customer service. You will be in great hands with either Michelle or Jody.

My whole family goes to Mana and they always take great care of us. The office is clean, easy to get an appointment and conveniently located in the heart of "uptown" Rogers. APRN Gardner is super nice and always receptive to our needs. Dr. Hannon is pretty entertaining and always can come up with a solution for us. I enjoy seeing them both and they give the office a small town feel by remembering your name and medical history. This place is great, give it a shot if looking for a primary care.

Our experience with Dr. Martin A. Hannon and his associates are the best we’ve had in the Mana system. In addition, the staff are great at everything they do. They listen. They respond. They are proactive in providing the best care. We are glad we started receiving care at this location. AMAZING!

Did not agree with NPs recommendation so had to sign a liability waiver. Made it pretty clear my first option for treatment wasn’t drugs. First phone call I get tries to start me on two drugs. Felt this clinic probably wasn’t for me. Called to cancel my appointment the day before and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. I left a message with the NPs nurse. A week later I received a letter scolding me on my missed appointment and a form for me to sign acknowledging their no show policy. I believe this clinic has lost sight of the doctor patient relationship.

Dr. Hannon is the most caring and the best doctor that I’ve ever been to. He goes the extra mile to be sure that you get the best possible care and his staff all friendly and polite the best in NWA.

Dr. Hannon is a great doctor and a really good communicator. He listens and explains things in a way that is relatable and easy to understand. Even when the clinic is running late, I’ve never had to wait very long (no more than 20 minutes). ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So pleased with the care at Mana since I moved here last year. The entire staff has been attentive, responsive, and kind in all of my dealings. Dr. Michelle Gardner is absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this practice.
