Dr Maria Jones was an absolute best and professional. She took care of every need that I had to have done. I mean she really made me feel like a human being. She went above and beyond to help me get done everything I needed. I mean when you got doctors like that standing behind you making you feel comfortable you can only but appreciate them. They made a good choice when hiring her. She treats people with dignity and respect. Dr Maria Jones I just want to thank you for everything that you done for me that day and for making me feel so comfortable and taking care of all my necessities.

I had an appointment with Dr. Bridget Peters. I scheduled and waited 4 months for an appt. Two days before the appt, it was rescheduled without a conversation confirming my availability. As a result, I missed my appointment. I messaged Dr. Peters on the portal, twice, and called to speak with the office manager 4 times. I have yet to receive a call (even after it was marked "high priority") I wanted to believe that Dr. Peters was unaware of her office staff's lack of professionalism, but at this point, she too has dropped the ball. I'm disappointed but not surprised. And now I'm left without a primary care physician.

Couldn't be happier that I found this clinic. Wonderful physicians and the staff is simply amazing. A real bonus in addition to the exemplary care is that they are amazingly efficient in term of scheduling. On multiple visits I've never waited beyond my scheduled appointment time.

I have a patient at Christiana Care for a while. But since the new staff took over and previous physicians departed the service has fallen off. Example: I arrived for the reading of my TB test. I had called earlier to tell them I would be a little late due to the time I would be leaving work. When I had arrived the front desk said they had cancelled my appointment. After speaking with someone in the back office I was told my options were to reschedule or I could go to MED ExpressExpress and pay 36 dollars to have it done.

I loved my doctor and had no issues with the office or medical staff for years here. Recently my primary care left and for a month I been trying to get a refill on anxiety med and they will not provide it until I see a new doctor. So I did. And he declined to write me the RX because it’s a narcotic. Never mind it’s documented in my chart that I have taken it for years. He then proceeded to tell me how it’s unlikely I have ADD if I made to adult hood without being diagnosed. Ok wow good to know doc. And THEN he asked if he could remove his name from my record as my primary care doctor because his patient ‘numbers’ were through the roof. Wow again. Very nice way to treat a person sitting in front of you doc.

Since that horrific visit and waste of my time off from work and copay, I have spent hours on the phone with office manager, nurses, and reception all to no avail.

They then scheduled me an appointment without asking me first and have me listed as a no show even though I told them I couldn’t make it. So now they are falsifying records. Sweet.

This office has no business calling itself a healthcare provider. Pathetic.

Excellent doctors and you get excellent service by all staff their
