My family and I are beyond grateful for the exceptional care our loved one receives at Evergreen Ppst Acute nursing home. From the day we walked into the doors staff greeted us with kindness patience and professionalism.
The nurses and caregivers were attentive and genuinely compassionate. They appeared to listen to our concerns, and got to know our family member, personally and not just his medical needs.

The administration staff is always responsive and transparent, we appreciate that immensely.

The facility is always clean, welcoming ,and well maintained.There are various activities offered by the activities coordinator. Our loved one especially enjoys music session and crafts.

My family and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for long term care for their loved one.

First of all, this place is very dirty and unorganized! The shower rooms are gnats infested, and full of dirty grime on the floors. The rooms are dirty and outdated as well. The people in the front desk like Jessica are very rude as well to the staff. She doesn’t know how to speak to the nurses or help out. My family member calls home all the time complaining about how bad the CNA’s are being treated. Management seems to ignore these issues and does not take concerns seriously. The building smells unpleasant, and basic hygiene protocols are clearly not being followed. This is not a safe or caring environment for residents or staff. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones or future careers.

As someone who has had my loved one in and out of nursing facilities in Delaware this has been the best one yet. No place is perfect but Evergreen has been great, when I come to visit this place is always shiny clean. I also love that they have guest service representatives here everyday to answer and assist with any questions or concerns you may have, I love seeing Braheem and Genie they have been great they are always helpful and make me feel safe leaving my love one here. Also the nurses here at great and encouraging which is exactly what one needs! I would recommend this place 10000%
