If I go to hell when I die, I'll spend eternity trying to get a prescription filled from this pharmacy. I've been waiting a month for my mail order Rx. They originally mailed it to the wrong address. Two weeks after supposedly resending it, I still don't have it. Don't know what happened as getting someone on the phone is nearly impossible despite a dozen attempts, only one successful, and the system dumps your call once you've been on hold a few minutes. Now I'm about to run out of meds

If I could give this dump a -10 I would. This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever visited. They made me wait 45 minutes just to say my mother’s medication was not processed. Then said it’ll be ready in 20 minutes which ended up being an hour. Sadly it was empty and they still move slow as hell.

I called to verify the price of a prescription and was advised the prices are the same in all pharmacies. When I arrived approximately two hours later to pick-up the prescription, the price was exactly twice the amount of what Wal-Mart Pharmacy was charging me. I said to the Pharmacist, I'm not paying twice the price and you lied to me over the phone! She replied, we only have two locations, unlike Wal-Mart who has stores all over America. Are you serious? That's why I specifically asked you this, what was the PRICE ahead-of-time! She replied, do you want the prescription, I replied, absolutely not and walked out! I do-not recommend going here, unless it's a dire emergency. Have a Blessed day....

I am on antidepressants, and this pharmacy completely fudged my prescription. They never sent it out, and every attempt at calling I was either diverted around or snubbed entirely. Now their closed at a 1pm on a Tuesday as of the time I'm writing this.

Was shocked as a new employee, I called to make sure my Rx was received and was told it would be ready in an hour and half. Came to pick up after work hours later and was told by the pharmacy tech “you will not get this filled and have to wait 9 days due to insurance, so you can come back then or pay cash that’s your options”. Sadly enough when your on a critical medication even rite aid will try or give humility when you are out. But the staff on tonight were cold and rude. I HOPE nom employees are not treated this way at least. This was an embarrassing moment and shocking as an employee.

Technician was not friendly and was bothered when I asked about the price of the medication. I came back when i found the discount card I asked about and she was very rude and stated they don’t take discount cards. As i waited in line, I saw her interactions with other patients and she had no customer service skills whatsoever. i am a hospital employee, and her attitude was unnecessary and unacceptable and definitely does not follow our core values of love and excellence.

I have been waiting an hour and a half for a prescription to be filled. There is one clerk and one pharmacist today after 300 on a Friday. The line was out the door and people have been waiting hours. I will never come here again, EVER!
