I had a horrible experience there. I emailed why I was requesting to be seen and when I got there, all I got was Lisa Sherill disregarding my traumatic past, getting in my personal space after telling her I don't like being touched (she was scooting her chair closer and making me very uncomfortable), and she basically implied that I didn't care about my baby because I didn't want a pelvic exam. She said she was giving me a referral (that I didn't need) and told me that no doctor anywhere was going to touch me or deliver my baby. I ended up crying in the bathroom because of how she treated me. She even tried getting my husband involved by saying "well what do you think of this?" He said "I support Raven in everything." I want to make it clear that I've seen Otis before and Lynette and Doctor Young was my doctor before he retired. I didn't have issues until I met Lisa. She was very dismissive and hurtful with how she handled our interaction.
Even though I have responded MULTIPLE times that I found an OB in Jonesboro, I had to block multiple phone numbers and am now getting letters. At this point I'm just feeling harrassed. The OB I found in Jonesboro is very comforting and they care about me and not just the baby and I'm very happy going there. Let this review show it's not a reflection of the entire place, just this one nurse. Thank you.

My 10 year old daughter was injured in the river Saturday afternoon and needed stitches. Every staff member treated her with so much kindness and respect! Once the doctor realized that she was more curious than scared, he began explaining every step and why he was doing it. He patiently allowed her to watch the stitching with no complaints about her being in his way. I’m so relieved that we ended up in an ER that took such great care of her! Thank you

The only reason they get one star from me is because there is no allowance for a zero. I went in with chest pains (I have a history of heart attack). They pretty much ignored my high blood pressure readings until it got to 200/106. Even then my husband had to bring it to the nurse’s attention because she was busy watching Netflix. My body went into some sort of uncontrollable shaking as witnessed by the paramedic before they gave me a shot to bring my BP down. I was there approx 2 hours. After I get into the ambulance, I find out that what I was experiencing wasn’t a heart attack according to my triponin levels. The clinic never bothered to tell me that. I wouldn’t send my most hated dog there. This happened on 10/11/21.

I went in last night with a fever of 101.5. I was pouring sweat as well. I was barely coherent. All these people were worried about was covid. 3 1/2 hours later, my treatment consisted of an 800mg ibuprofen and a bag of fluids. The amount of bloodwork that was done was horrible. Of course a chest xray. And they were pretty darn rough with someone in the condition i was in. I was not notified of any results until i said i was leaving. Apparently the staff didnt know i could hear their loud mouths through the curtain. 1 star is too much for this place.

Great Doctor (Bloch), friendly & helpful support staff, lousy patient portal that never works when you try to log in, your records can get really screwed up, and most referrals go to specialists that never call.

I have been getting my mammograms at this facility for several years now. The scheduling process is always easy and fast and the employees are very professional. So happy to have this facility so close to home eliminating the necessity to drive an hour or more for this service. Keep up the good work!!

I've never been treated with such rudeness. They don't seem very compassionate or knowledgable in the ER. I left diagnosed with constipation when I had hip pain for 4 weeks. I think id know if I were constipated. Never ever again

I don't usually leave things this way. I'm giving a 1 as there are no zeros. I bought a home here in October, I've had to visit in order to establish what I'd hoped would be where my husband and I can call our place to retire. I've nor seen a real doc. in this whole time, only a nurse named Lisa who has taken it on her own to for removal of meds that I am accustomed to, pap tests and her ideas on my medical situations. Sad, to be at this point in life that it seems I can't live the rest of my days in peace. Signing here was like joining a clique or something. .A big waste after 9 months of no progress and continued referrals to wwmc has been draining and costly. It took her 6 to 7 months to get me into their pain management what seems like the left don't know what the other is doing. My hubby and his sis who now live here, have great insurance so my advice is I give them,, leave here for assistance before you get something that they cause n can't correct! GOD BLESS!.
