Would have gave 5 stars a while back ago. 3 starts because they usually can always get you in asap including same day. Very nice staff. However now with the new people in there a lot has gone down hill. They rush through appointments, if you have more than one problem they really dont seem to care about what the other problems are, wont really listen to what you have to say, wait time is longer that what it use to be (which is strange), one of my children was not properly taken care of with a serious diagnosis. After last visit for myself we have switched.

My prescription was called in Beginning of the week. End of the week, it is stuck on pre-auth before I can get it. Pharmacy sent another request. Called back to make sure it would get taken care of because of the weather and holiday. NOBODY DID ANYTHING. Looking for new doctor.

I went to this clinic for an allergic reaction and all he did was focus on my diabetes and didn't respond to issue at hand. When I was telling him about it he was looking at his nails like he was bored. There is no Dr in this location they are all NP.
