This place is an absolute joke of a doctors office. Every single appointment that I have had through them, I’ve been stuck waiting over an hour, almost 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time. And they don’t even apologize for the wait or explain to you why. I had an appointment today at 9:15am, showed up at 8:50am because they ask for you to come in 15 minutes before your appointment, and I still never saw the doctor until after 10:20am. I sat in the back room for over an hour before the doctor came into the room. Once again, this happens every single time I come into this office. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!! They do not care about your time at all!! Will not be going back. EVER!!

One star is to much. Appointment time was 10am, told to be there at 9:30am, came at 9:30 and waited to be called for 3 hours and 50 minutes. This is unacceptable. Nearly a 4 hour wait to see a Dr. once the Dr. entered the room he apologized for the wait but had to tell him it was almost 4 hours, he said he has complained over and over about how they schedule people this way. We told them we will never come back and will find a new primary care Dr. This was the Charleroi office. Unacceptable, unprofessional

This place is absolutely horrible and will push your medical needs right to the side of you are even 2 seconds late. They have absolutely no emotional feelings and nasty faces. The ignorance and attitude of all three of them. Saying we have to cancel although there was absolutely not one soul waiting in the waiting room. Not to mention all three workers behind the reception desk were ONE THEIR PHONES, and had the most audacity I've ever seen. DO NOT COME HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE TO FIND RIDES OR SIDE THE BUS CAUSE IF YOU ARE EVEN A MILLISECOND LATE THEY WON'T TAKE CARE OF YOUR MEDICAL NEEDS. BEEN IN PAIN FOR OVER 3 MONTHS.

Had an appointment for 10am with a nurse didnt get seen until an hour and 1/2+ I get it they’re low staff but the thing is I can see if they’re were people ahead of me which they’re was but the nurse wasn’t following the appointment times what’s the point of having appointment times if their not going to be followed the nurse called the people before and after my appointment that’s why I’m pissed I mean this isn’t a hospital or Med Express or something like that to where they take the most severe patient first

I've been a patient along time at Centerville Clinic in the Donora office. I left the Charleroi office! I was not fond of the doctor! I went to Donora, I liked the Dr./NP, but still wasnt getting anywhere with my issues still, but then they got a new Doctor, a real one! Dr.Mammirl is Great! He's young, he's very thorough & he takes his time answering & listening to you concerns! And he explains it slow & clearly & makes sure you understand. And I Love that He's a real MD, not an NP, that's all I had for 10 year or more til Dr. Mammiril arrived! So Thank You!

I've left and went elsewhere for my PCP because Everytime I had an appointment I showed up in time and always waited for over an hour up to 3 hours while in the office and if I was only 1 minute late they would not take me. This was at every appointment that was made that I had to wait over an hour. They don't give a reason on why and they don't tell you that their behind until you go up to them and ask them and than they get snobby. I ended up walking out of their office and I haven't been back there since and I don't recommend Charleroi office to anyone. I suggest to go to the Washington office cause they are more flexible and friendly. The only reason why there's a 1 Star ⭐ on this rating is because I can't leave a comment with out giving at least a 1star😡😡😡😡

Absolutely livid with this place. I scheduled a DENTIST appointment 4 weeks in advanced just to get a text saying that Melissa was out of the office today. I called to figure out what was going on and they said that I never made a dental appointment, but a check up appointment. I NEVER MADE A CHECK UP APPOINTMENT. The receptionist that I had on the phone was very rude just to add to the fact
Then had the nerve to just now tell me that the dentist that is there was on maternity leave and would not be taking patients until July. That is entirely fine but why was I not made aware of this before hand while making the appointment Will never schedule with them again. This is ridiculous and now I have to wait 2 months for another appointment because all dentists are backed up with scheduling. Thank you for wasting my time.

Centerville clinic in Charleroi is such a pain I called to see if my husband's Dr prescribed him his inhaler and if he did to see if he can call another one in I was not asking for any info
