This institution cracks down on their health care provider giving time off excuses(Dr. Athena Tut) exact wording. Don't expect empathy or care if your needing time off because of your industrial illness. Especially if you try calling for a tele medical call. They'll tell you straight out that this is not acceptable. You'll just get physical therapy requested again and again. I am requesting a change of venue. 👎.

The girls in the front are super friendly. My issue has been with my Medical professional causing me problems. Beware if you upset them or let the medical professionals know how you feel. They'll ping pong you with other doctors and get negative vides from them. My follow-up visit felt rushed. I could tell I'm not welcomed from the provider.

I now how the see the main Dr. Scott who oversees the operation of this clinic....All my problems could have been resolved with communicated options and not shutting my time off request for a flair up. Telling me that this institution "cracks down on time off" is not ok to tell an injured patient (me).

No consideration for the physical anatomy for the injured patient. I never requested time off since my industrial accident. The one time i need it. I got hit with the quoted statement above. Hopefully this helps someone. Good luck. Your visit might not be my experience but know who your dealing with.
As of Jan 2. 2024 i was dropped as a patient. I say its retaliation for venting my opinion on this platform. I will be filling a complaint with the medical board of California. Also they are not a walk-in clinic. Go to the emergency room. They will not provide their company policy if you try to walk-in unscheduled for a medical emergency. Nor give you any written documentation that you went for care and was denied because it was a Friday and no staff was available to help you.

Very happy to have been referred to Dr Kim. He explained my situation very clearly, & we have a plan for going forward. Front desk was very helpful as well. Very pleasant staff, & they're on top of things. So overall, very good experience.

The staff was pleasant and very professional. Dr Small was great he took the time to talk with me and explain everything that was wrong with me, that my prior doctor missed. Then he gave me options for treatment explaining the benefits of each.

Dr. Kim was referred to me by my Neuro Surgeon Dr. Messiwala.
Dr Kim was very thorough in detail explaining the real condition of my lower back & Cervical Spine. I've already been booked for a follow-up visit, and I'm waiting for the office to call me to schedule her injections possibly a spinal block. And continual injections and physical therapy.

I am a returning patient of Dr. Kim. He is a very compassionate doctor that truly cares about your well-being and how he can make your quality of life better with chronic pain. I always have a good experience with Dr. Kim.

Compared to a competitor, who's interest seemed to be to get the most patients through, Pain Management here with Dr. Kim was through.

He explained all options for some painful Neuropathy that I have and spent near an hour with me. He also put me on a more mild opiate, Nucyenta, which I appreciated.

I highly recommend.

Didn't have to wait long, everyone was friendly. Dr kim was wonderful he listened to my concerns and explain everything so I could understand.
The only place they could improve is when they call me from the lobby I did not hear them.

I've been a patient of Dr. Kim's for a few years. I have always been happy with him. But ever since he merged with IPM things have been really bad. The front office team is rude and irresponsible and block people from making appointments. Many insurance billing errors have happened. And worst of all, it is impossible to get scheduled for the treatments that I have been getting from Dr. Kim for years so my physical health has been jeopardized. I hate to say this because Dr. Kim is a good doctor but his office is now impossible to work with.
