I would give this place zero stars if could but it’s a terrible place. Especially to work. The people there are very disrespectful to their own staff and they come off as racist towards their black staff. They leave one person on a hall overnight watch over 12 rooms. The nurses don’t do anything but sit around and talk and don’t check the reports nor do they check the hall lights then blame the only cna on the hall because they’re by themselves.

My dad was there for rehabilitation after a fall. He had some health issue as well. In which they were aware of. When it came to his medication they were lowering dosages and giving medication he didn’t need. After coming back from a week stay in the hospital his linens had not been changed. I had to change them for him after bringing it to their attention. He had sores in his rectum from not being cleaned properly. He said the lady that gave him showers 1 time a week was rough. His personal items were coming up missing. Neglect on administration of medication as directed and needed. I had to tell them he had pneumonia and I’m no doctor. This place needs to be investigated. It’s beautiful on the outside but ugly on the inside. Dig deep before putting you loved one in here and watch very close if you do. I lost my loved one my rock. He told me he wasn’t coming out of there alive. I will say that they had only 2 nurses that seemed to care and I adored the receptionist they have. That’s why they got a 1 rating from me

I don’t know what all these bad reviews are about, (unless they are employees that were let go for cause). I spend a lot of time in a lot of facilities, and let me tell you – this one is hands-down, the best one in the state of Arkansas, that I have seen. I usually tell people that the facility appearance is less important than the staff, but in this case, they somehow were able to check both boxes.

I have not seen a more attentive and caring staff anywhere. I have not seen any major issues; in ~2 years of residency, we saw one incident with a staff member that was concerning; it was that employees third day on the job, and her last day. When we reported our concerns, the staff immediately investigated and addressed the issue.

I have recommended this facility to multiple friends and family. I recommend it to you too.

I loved working here, I did for two years, and all of the staff were amazing and worked diligently to keep the facility up to standards. Engaging activities were held for residents daily, and I miss talking to the wonderful residents there. Best of wishes to Ashton Place!

My grandpa didnt get the care he needed.they changed his meds didnt look at his chart let him sit in his own poop and someone put nitro patches on him instead of nicotine patches and no one will fess up. ems found them on him. He is now deceased. Not all the nurses were bad some were amazing with him but others were just neglectful. Really disappointing I expected more from this place

This is a wonderful nursing and rehab facility. The staff, nurses, case manager, aides, and therapists are all top-notch. They treated us so well and we were exceptionally kind to the family members, too. They felt like family when we finally left. Highly recommend this place over any other facility in town. This level of case should be the standard. Love this place and its staff!

This is the most caring nursing home rehabilitation center I've ever seen people that say anything bad about this place apparently can't be pleased so if your looking for a caring staff this is the place
