Mercy Clinic Primary Care

My visit to this clinic was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. I have never felt more judged and ashamed in a place that is suppose to promote health and security for their patients. Instead of providing support, multiple doctors lectured me to the point that I left my appointment in tears. I came seeking help but due to their condescending and uncomfortable approach, I felt worse than when I had first arrived. Do not go to this clinic if you are seeking a client centered approach or a compassionate appointment.

I brought my baby here for his first appointment after he was born, he was already a month late for his 2 month well visit because we couldn’t get into the clinic across town. I clarified he needed a well visit multiple times before I got there. Then after the appointment I get an office visit charge and they tell me it wasn’t preventative care because he was seeing a new doctor. Of course it was a new doctor… he is a BABY. So now I’m stuck with an appointment charge and the appointment was worthless because the doctor couldn’t answer any of my questions. Won’t be wasting my time going back here and you shouldn’t either.

Absolute joke of a clinic. Don’t go here if you want quality care that is efficient/timely, considerate, and optimal - you won’t get that here. Very upset considering I really wanted this place to work out for me.

Dr. Amy S. is one brilliant mind! She’s straight forward, and I’m sure being a member of faculty has taught her that there’s no reason, & little time, to beat around the bush! I’m grateful to call her my primary care doc, after all, we all need one, no matter what’s going on. Once I realized she had looked over my records, & recent hospitalization, I knew I’d found the best doc for me. I look forward to the years to come, and the chance to contribute to the experiences of new doctors w/ limited patient involvement!

Dr. Ciccati has been my physician for three years since I moved down to Fort Smith. He's the most understanding doctor that I've had. He's the absolute best. Great bedside manner. He's a phenomenal physician and I highly recommend him!

From scheduling an appointment to checking out, it was overall a pleasant experience. Dr. Rosenfeld is very professional and easy to speak with about your healthcare.

do not recommend. They make you jump through hoops just to speak to your own pcp and then want to be rude about it. After all these years of being with them contributing money to them. They cant even acknowledge a simple request to speak to the nurse you requested. Instead they want you to come in to give them more money just so you can talk to your nurse. Who would want to pay more money just to speak to their own nurse about a problem that has been on going. Depression and anxiety doesn't just stop so if my nurse knows whats going on with me I should be able to talk to her. Thats not the case here. If you want money hungry people and having to make an appointment everytime you have a question for your doctor or nurse then by all means go here. Because they'll make sure they use you for just that

I scheduled an appt online, tons of opening to choose from. I arrived on time for my appt, check in took less than 5 minutes, and I was called back immediately. Dr. Zabakolas was in the room as soon as the nurse left. He was friendly, knowledgeable, reviewed my history, answered all of my questions, and got me out reasonably quick. I will continue to use this clinic and recommend them to others.
