Schedule an appointment arrived on time sat in the waiting room for over 35 minutes and not a person came out to tell me the status as to why I had not been seen. Went to the reception and let them know. I had to leave shortly because I had other appointments and nobody could reschedule me. This is the problem with healthcare. Nobody communicates with us the patient. We schedule a an appointment and we can’t even make an appointment happen due to their inability to communicate to the patient. Healthcare is not going good at GHC SAUK TRAILS

Being a GHC member means never being alone with a health issue. I have been a member for over 40 years and have had the same great doctor the whole time. My children and their families now have her as their doctor as well. I recommend GHC wholeheartedly!

Great GHC Clinic location on Madison's west side. Never a long wait for labs, pharmacy or complementary medicine.
♿ No surprise, but accessibility is not an issue here!

Was scheduled here last minute because I’ve been sick on and off the entire month of June. I normally go to a different clinic. I had barely an hours notice and live on the opposite side of town. I rushed out the door as quickly as I could to get there in time but soon realized I would be late so I gave them a call as a heads up. The lady on the phone was very rude about it. I showed up to the clinic and was told that because I was late I would have to reschedule. There was no empathy or understanding from the staff. Feels terrible to be treated that way when you've been feeling awful for days. Could the lady on the phone have just told me that when I called they wouldn’t be able to accommodate me since I was late so I hadn’t killed myself to get there?

Where I see most of my ghc docs. Been with ghc since 1980, even tho I moved to Northside I keep going to westside clinic cuz of familiarity with staff, I usually gang west side errands on days I go there.

I waited on hold on and off for most of the morning just trying to get a hold of the doctor's office. My clinic's number and the urgent care number were doing the same thing and both hung up on me after almost 20 minutes. I finally got through to member services and they just routed me back through the same broken phone system.

This is an update from 4months ago. When I was denied being seen at GHC quick care… I went to the ER. I turned out to be diagnosed with Stage 3 Colon cancer. Had I not said “screw this, something isn’t right.” I could have been stage 4 terminal by now. Anyway, GHC is my provider until Dec. 2023, they are funding my cancer treatment which ends in November then I’m switching providers in 2024. I suggest everybody take a deep look at your ACTUAL care from GHC.
