My experience at therapy south was absolutely amazing and very worth it! I mostly dealt with Megan because she is certified in pelvic therapy and she is outstanding! She fixed issues I didn’t even know could be fixed. I originally went to her as a mom of 3 in my 30s suffering with bladder leakage, that I had had for 11 years, and was progressively getting worse. I love to be active and this issue was getting in the way, embarrassing and depressing. I would try to google exercises to fix the issue and only seemed to make things worse. Between me and a coworker with the same issue trying to figure out ways to fix this issue which included surgery, laser, and a special chair we were having very little luck. All options we saw cost a small fortune and “may not even fix the problem” per their reviews, we by a miracle found Megan. She retrained my brain/breathing, fixed a dull pain in my right lower back that had not gone away for years (I thought I had to live with it), adjusted my hips, taught me correct exercises to strengthen my core, pelvis, and butt and in turn corrected my leakage with activity - while bonus reshaping my body for the better. This was all corrected in a matter of months with her care, knowledge and skills. I am so thankful we have a Megan in our area! ?

My experience with Therapy South was positive. Everyone at this location was friendly and professional. Although my condition didn't improve and I was sent back to my doctor for more test and evaluation, these therapist did their very best to help me. Highly recommend and would choose them again.

I had such an amazing experience with TherapySouth! Megan was so educated and comforting through the whole process. I came in 8 weeks postpartum and she really helped me feel normal again while being supportive to all my questions. She also gave me exercises to do at home which really sped the healing. As well, my Grandma got help on her back from Daniel and she adores him. The customer service from everyone was 10/10 and I would recommend everyone to go there.

I ended up with a slipped disc and the pain in my lower back and leg were terrible. Megan and staff helped tremendously alleviate the pain and kept it from further injury so I wouldn't need surgery. Everyone is friendly and professional and I cannot thank them enough.

I used Therapy South in summer 2024 (first time I used them was in 2020) after a knee surgery for a torn meniscus. I went to their facility three times a week for four weeks and did very well. One week, I had to go on an out of town family visit, and the therapist provided an exercise program for me to follow while I was gone so I wouldn’t lose the physical gains I’d made at that point. I appreciated that. From the front desk to PT’s on the floor, they are all very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Therapy South to anyone.

Daniel and Megan are great Physical Therapist to work with and Shelby is excellent with scheduling and working with you and your insurance.
My surgery on my leg was extensive due to a tumor removal. Daniel had researched the tumor due to the fact it was rare as well as how the surgery was preformed and had a game plan set up when I arrived . His encouragement and positive words really got me through. I was healing at a very slow rate and was getting depressed going 2 steps forward and 3 steps back but this was how the healing process would be per my surgeon . Daniel was always so attentive and always right with how the recovery timeline would be . He and Megan are so knowledgeable and truly there to get you back to your normal self. They became my family for those 10 weeks. I cant say enough about the whole staff at Therapy South. I will be using Daniel and Megan for any of my physical therapy needs in the future. They truly care about you and their approach on healing is wonderful.
