This place saved my mother’s life!
My mother had basically given up on getting better because of the horrible quality of care that she was receiving at a facility in Jonesboro. I was able to get her transferred to Eaglecrest where the entire staff has gone above and beyond to get her better. She will be going home next week because of the amazing care and physical therapy she has received at Eaglecrest. My mother has hope again and I owe it all to this place. God has blessed us all and has His hand on this wonderful facility!

If you want someone you love to not be taken care of or safe, please send them to Eagle Crest. They allow patients to fall and do NOT get them medical care until after a family member brings up the patient does not look right. My dad fell 3 times in less than a week. The first 2 falls were in the same day. The third fall, 3 days later, resulted in 2 brain bleeds and a stroke. Nothing was done medically for my dad for several hours and they didn't even tell my mom. The nurse admitted to me there was no one watching him even though they knew he was a fall risk. They lied to the hospital and my mom. Now my dad is in the ICU and it is from the lack of care from this place.

I want everyone to know how much I appreciate Eaglecrest. They take such good care of my mom. It's such a comfort since none of us live close. They also cared for and about my dad whether he was visiting or a patient.

My sister in law has been a patient here in the rehabilitation section for 3 weeks. Bless her, she had a stroke after Christmas. This is our first time visiting her. We are very impressed in the care and respect she received while we were here visiting. Thank you all for all your loving care Rita is receiving.
