The dr is great! So friendly yet professional. He understands my fear and works with me on it. The employees are so sweet and helpful. I will always use this dentist. Oh, and the hygienist is fantastic. She is also my counselor, lol.

I would strongly urge anyone to reconsider if they are thinking of having Aaron Bratton do anything more than maybe clean their teeth. He does come off as super cool & understanding & knowledgeable at first. But he has a shamefully unprofessional & hateful side that myself and other of his patients have been on the receiving end of. Bratton’s response to Erica Castleberry‘s comment shows a bit of his character. Although not to the full extent. He is sarcastic. He is VERY argumentative. He is arrogant, loud & almost abusive at times. I have been in need of what, for me, is a very expensive procedure. He has taken the full payment from CareCredit several thousands of dollars & he has totally changed from the way he presented himself originally. He has been in my face yelling & screaming, pointing his finger at me. He has left me in pain, & in a rather desperate position for over a year now. Now he says he’s done all he can, & when less than half of the procedure had started to be successful he has refused to complete anything & referred me to another dentist. He gave me $1000 back & kept $6000 referred me to another dentist & told me however much it cost for me to complete the procedure that he had started & was paid in full for was not his problem. He also very angrily & irrationally accused me a few times of not going to the dentist he referred me to. He didn’t even seem to hear me when I corrected him & told him that I had indeed, seen that dentist, & set up a new plan with him.

Best dentist around - Dr Aaron and all his staff are wonderful - they are patient , kind, and so easy to work with. Im not the easiest patient by any means and they are so understanding and they will make sure I am comfortable and ready for the next move- Oh yeah , and so economical and practical - they are not going to rack up a bill and run all kinds of unnecessary tests and procedures that arent needed

I left a bad review two years ago because I called them for help with an EXPENSIVE CROWN and they refused me. I called again today. They won’t see me over a missed appointment. Bratton did me wrong! They will NOT fix their mistake. Six years ago the dentist rushed my expensive crown. He did a new shape he thought would look better. I have flat teeth his crown is round, it’s obvious from the back of my teeth and still is. The crown needed his attention and still does. I missed a follow up appointment. He would not see me again for my free follow up unless I paid a missed appointment fee. They say I owe a six year old appointment fee. I could not see them then until that was paid and I cannot see them now. I do not have money now. I think his bad seal job has caused long term damage. His crown was much larger than my other teeth, stuck to my lips, and stuck out the most when I smiled. He messed up my bite BIG TIME! I called her and told her there was a small gap and she said it was normal. The gums would close up. Six years later………… They won’t accept blame for the bad seal, the bad fit, or even attempt to see if they could fix it. While DDS in Conway made it look better, I wanted to have Bratton fix it because his seal was not good and the tooth under the crown smells when I deep floss. The secretary said since DDS filed the crown to make it look nicer, Bratton won’t touch it. The front desk has terrible customer service. The receptionist has been nothing but rude since the day I left with the crown.

Aaron Bratton is an honest, hard working, and patriotic individual. He performs good work, and is kind, considerate and hard working in general. Definitely recommend this place. Never mind the fake reviews like the guy below me
