My Husband had Appointments with BHC therapy, the problem is they back dated some of the statements even after I made payments for current months. Recently we received a bill for previous months, May June, July 2023 etc. $150 worth of extra bills. This is unheard of. We canceled our appointment this month. Due to this, I have never heard of anything like this, I called spoke to billing, a lady rep. explained, has no control over when Bills submitted to the insurance company, I advised & went over my pymts, she said her manager will call, gave my cell # no one called, my bill is wrong , fraud billing

Had an appt at 1:20pm. Showed up and at that time they said my appt was cancelled. No one ever called me as the notes said. My phone is always with me. Inconsiderate, inconvenient and not acceptable.
