I remember it being good before but now, ooof, 6 people doing paperwork or whatever at desks and only one actual provider for the patients so an appointment made for 115 turned into over an hour of waiting. Disgusting
Hire more actual doctors.
The actual doctor was great and did a great job. The staffing is the reason for the review

I have utilized this clinic many times over the years, for myself and for my young daughter, for several different ailments. The care is always top notch and the wait time is never unbearable, especially with the online appointment scheduling system. I just recently went for an unplanned visit as a walk-in and I was seen immediately. The providers are always very pleasant and knowledgeable, and I've never felt rushed during a visit. Definitely a lot better than other chain urgent care clinics!

Scheduled an appointment for 2:27, arrived early and checked in at the kiosk. No staff at the front desk or visible on the premises. After about twenty minutes of hearing a group laughing and having a great time in the back, staff finally came to take ID, copay payment. After we paid the copay, a walk in patient came in who knew the provider personally and was taken back immediately with no appointment (the patient audibly said they did not have an appointment). Finally taken back to a room at 3:16. No other patients in the waiting room when we arrived. Came earlier in the week when the place was busier and was seen faster. Make it make sense

Had a great experience. Took my daughter in for a smashed toe. They took her right back. Did X-rays and did procedure to relieve pressure behind her big toe. Very friendly. My recommendation is to always schedule a time so when you get there, they are ready to go and already have your information. Great experience in a bid situation. Thanks GoHealth Urgent Care

I developed a fever a few days after my last cancer therapy session. It was easy to get an appointment time later that day, which was quickly diagnosed and treated with prescribed antibiotics. My wait time was about 15 min from my appointment time. All staff was cordial and professional. Had I gone to the ER, it probably would have taken me about 10 hours for the same thing.

1) There’s no beds for people that went to the ER. I went and all I got was some chair that reclined. And I had to walk to different places which I'll mention in the next step
2) since there were no beds to wheel around I had to walk around and I was feeling really weak, and when I had to go to ct, the nurse just pointed me down a hall and told me to go sit down somewhere. Luckily some guy called out my name.
3) in that ct hallway this patient was trying to get a nurse and I went to go get a nurse for him, because he was elderly and the first person I found just said "oh you need to get a real nurse" I don't work here, how am I supposed to know who a real nurse is. So I just went to sit back down to wait for my name to be called. I went to the hospital just to get a CT and it took them 6+ hours to just get me a CT. I don't harp on that issue too much cause maybe there was a crisis going on, but it didn't look like anything emergent was going on. When a nurse finally appeared the elderly patient was getting her attention to say that his wife needed to know where to pick him up, but before he even got to finish his question, the nurse YELLED back saying "YOU CANT GO TO THE BATHROOM". Really inappropriate, unprofessional, and unnecessary. She had no reason to yell at him like that. I also wouldn't want to be treated like that.
4) on discharge, all I needed was to get my IV removed. But she unattached the IV but left it in my arm for another 20 minutes, before letting me leave, and when a nurse came to take it out, she didn't use any gloves and she pulled it out sideways causing me a lot more pain then it needed to be.
This was probably the worst hospital experience I have ever had.

I was at urgent care on a Tuesday mid-morning. It wasn't crowded. I was able to be seen right away. I was experiencing dizziness and was unbalanced. When I was called I advised the staff I needed help and two staff members assisted me to the room. They were very attentive the entire time. The nurse practitioner was very attentive as well. It was a very pleasant experience. Being treated with respect and kindness means a lot to me in any setting.
