As a 78 year old who has never had an extended stay for rehab all I have heard is bad stories. This was not what I experienced with my stay. Sure there are things I may not agree with but in the end all of my problems were resolved with the staff taking care of all of my needs and going the extra mile in a lot of cases. Everything here was clean and neat with the food going the extra mile to make you happy. I do not believe there would be a better place to go for rehab. Hopefully I will never need it but I would definitely return here if help is needed. Keep up the good work.

Earlier today, I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Trump, the Administrator of Ridgeview Transitional Rehabilitation.This gentleman could not have been any nicer, and it was my privilege to share my thoughts with him about his facility and its employees. My mother is currently a (temporary) resident at Ridgeview, and she has been treated with the utmost care, compassion, and kindness from all of the individuals who have helped her on her road to recovery. (I would like to call out two by name: an awesome young woman by the name of DaeLynn [OT], and an amazing sweetheart of a young woman by the name of Brittany [PT]. These two ladies are both phenomenal at their jobs--and an asset to Ridgeview!) In the ten days my mother has been a patient, I know I have met over 30 different staff members, and I have been impressed by all. They exude a sense of commitment and professionalism that sets the bar at an all-time high. I am able to sleep peacefully at night knowing my mother is in the best of hands. Mr. Trump, thank you. I will not hesitate to recommend Ridgeview to anyone and everyone in need of exemplary care and treatment.

Fantastic line staff! Always responsive in a reasonable amount of time. Therapy is challenging and progressive with caring and educated staff. Patient safety is the facilities primary concern and highest priority. Food is good except that one breakfast that everyone disliked but what the heck. They got lots of free snacks to fill the hole. Overall a good experience.

Wonderful facility! This is the third time we’ve had to come here. The staff is wonderful and caring. The food is good. We have recommended this place to others who are needed a rehab and they say the same thing.

My Mom was a patient at Ridgeview for several weeks and I know she loved everything about this facility.
All of the staff were very professional and very helpful and friendly. The P.T. depth. was very patient with her but firm about the chore at hand.
The nurses and CNA's were so attentive to her needs , and the nutritional department was also very helpful with her needs when she first arrived. Everybody there was so helpful, it made it very easy to leave in the evening and not even worry about the care she was getting. Unfortunately, my mom passed on 05.02.23.
I know she loved being there for the short time she was there and my sister and myself, on behalf of my mom, want to thank you all for your kindness to the three of us and for going above and beyond for my moms needs. I could go on but I don't want to spoil it. THANK YOU AGAIN!!

My treatment at Ridgeview Rehab was exceptional when came to the therapists. I was treated by physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. All therapists were wonderful. I was able to make great progress with all of them. The only problem being that my insurance wouldn’t pay for any more treatment. They nurses who treated me were incredible! Especially the aides. Their attitude was always so kind and patient.
Because of my speech therapy, my diet was different. The food at Ridgeview is delicious. They did their best to make me great food. In spite of my restrictions.
Thanks to each and everyone of you. Your hard work and enthusiasm was noticed and appreciated.

I have to say I was beyond impressed with the level of care my father recently received here. The communication with Lety and Javiera in Social Services was transparent and on time. My father is beyond grateful for 3 CNAs that assited him through his 6 week stay. Mayra was incredible, empathetic and attentive. Jacqueline was super sweet and gentle and Destiny was at his bedside seconds after he called for assistance and always with a smile. Thank you Ladies for loving what you do and making your patients feel it. From someone who works in this field THANK YOU Ridgeview
