Haven Health Yuma

The staff is excellent. They answer my call light in a timely manner which I appreciate. Therapy is great, I've had 3 different therapist and they've all been excellent. I feel like I've made progress since I first came in. I couldn't move for a week and now I'm moving a lot better.

Staff has been very nice and efficient. Therapy has been good with me. They've helped me out a lot since I first got admitted. I can definitely say I have improved a lot since I got admitted.

I have been here for 3 months and everyone has been wonderful. All staff have been very kind to me, they make me feel very welcomed. When I first got here I didn't have the best experience, but it was because of my attitude. I got here in a wheelchair from the hospital. Now I am walking, all the nurses stop by physical therapy and tell me how proud they are to see me improving. It makes me really happy and fills my heart with warmth. I can't wait to get back home. Thank you haven for all the help.

I have enjoyed my time here. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. My medications are given as close as can be to the requested times as humanly possible. PT & OT are extremely efficient and they concentrated on the areas necessary to make me stronger and totally stable. I'm very happy with the meals. The portions are perfect. They are not overwhelming and they taste good. Thank you.

Overall my stay here has been wonderful, all staff have treated me very well. I came here for physical therapy and I have seen some improvement, although I know I still have some work to do. I really enjoy the care Alexa and Leslie give me, they are very attentive. Thank you haven for taking such great care of me!

Every person here is different but not in a bad way. Each staff member has their own way of getting things done but they get the job done. The nursing staff is really professional with their job. In my experience none of the staff members have been rude to me. Highly recommend this facility.

I was here about 20 days . I had a hip replacement , physical therapy dept was the best ever . They said you could get snacks btwn meals and that's a lie. If your gonna be here more than a week better plan on someone to bring in food , portions are super tiny. Just super glad I'm going home today

I was already pretty mobile when I first got here, but I still needed some help with my balance. I am now able to walk around the facility with a walker now. The nursing staff and therapy team all treat me like they truely care about me. At first i was scared of coming to a skilled nursing facility because of the stories I heard but its nothing like that.
