I have been going here for years and consistently have the same issues. They will tell you "oh yes we accept blue cross blue shield" and then you will receive an out-of-network bill. I have always asked the correct questions by wording it as "are you in network with blue cross blue shield" they will give you about a 1/2 answer by saying "well blue cross is tricky some are some aren't"

As an insurance specialist, it is their responsibility to confirm eligibility and benefits and that includes whether a person's insurance is in or out of network. There have been MULTIPLE OCCASIONS where they have submitted claims under my out of network benefits and make me call blue cross blue shield to correct their misdoing.

After my most recent phone call with them I already know how they work so it wasn't even worth getting upset because I already knew "yup they messed up, yup they are gonna make me fix it, whatever it is what it is." then I asked to schedule an appointment & Mindy said "actually we cannot schedule you until you pay your bill" HENCE AFTER I JUST TOLD HER I WAS GOING TO CALL MY INSURANCE. I ended up telling her I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Never had a good experience here! Got fillings done in January, I've had to go in at least 4 times over the span of 4 months due to pain caused by these fillings. The first few times, I was completely blown off by these people and had to continue in pain, not being able to chew on my right side.

I just got done today with same day appointment. Price was awesome, the staff was awesome, the procedure was awesome. I am finally out of pain. I am needle phobic (if that's a thing) and I cant believe I hardly felt the shot let alone in the gums. I am sooooo happy with them. I went to them after a problem with another dentist office. They did what was needed done and didn't drain my wallet. THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH. I SO WANT TO CRY BECAUSE OF MY HAPPY NOT TO BE IN PAIN ANYMORE!!!!

Dr. Jennings was osum. Did a bridge of my lower front teeth, and four teeth had to come out. The final product was 100% better than expected. The best staff, was treated the best I have ever been treated at a Dentists office. Hats off. They are my new permanent Dentists.

I initially went to Aspen Dental to have them make me a new upper denture to match my lower denture. My denture has 14 teeth, but the one they made only had 12 teeth. I couldn't chew with their denture. Instead of making a new denture, they took the denture back and promised me a refund.

I finally got my refund after waiting 5 months and went to Jennings & Larson. Their service was great, and they didn't attempt to upsell me or require any unnecessary procedures which was my experience at Aspen. I got my new denture today, and it looks great and work great. Skip Aspen and go to Jennings & Larson.

I needed a tooth extracted and was in pain and when I called to make an appointment they were able to get me one within 30 minutes of calling. The doctor who removed the tooth was amazing. He took about 5 minutes max and it was as painless as possible. I will recommend this place to anyone who asks.

Very impressed from the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a very nice lady at the front desk. My dental hygienist and dentist was amazing as well. I unfortunately don’t have all the names, but am very happy I came here and have found a great dentist!
