i came here twice in month and all I can say is do not come here. The doctor was rude and kept interrupting me while I tried to tell him my symptoms and didn’t seem to know what he was doing or wasn’t very interested in make sure I got the care I needed and the receptionist was very unfriendly as well and seemed disinterested in doing her job. If you need to be seen asap go to an urgent care or another little clinic.

I made an appointment and was able to be seen by Sylvia today - she and the gal at the front desk were awesome. Very kind, patient and professional. Sylvia was very personable, she listened to what I told her, and asked additional questions to be able to diagnose my issue. She went over each medication she was prescribing in detail, with instructions for proper use. She was an absolute gem, and I highly recommend her/this location!

We scheduled an appointment online. I had some questions so I tried to call and could not get through for over 2 hours. I gave up. My son went in for his appointment. He was feeling terrible. Once he arrived, on time, he was greeted by rudeness. There was nobody there, so they weren't busy. They didn't take vitals. The medical assistant just kept saying how she was trying to hurry up and get out of there. The doctor was nice until he found out my son didn't get the covid vaccine. Then he was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! He didn't want to help my son at all after that. You are in the field to help people. It is not your place to treat people based off your personal opinion. Show your patients respect regardless. They are coming to you feeling ill. This place was awful we will never return here. And I would've gave them a piece of my mind, If they ever picked up the phone.

I have a 5 year old who does not like doctor visits and makes examinations difficult. Dr Sylvia Arias was absolutely amazing! The check in was easy and the amazing lady at the front was so nice. I was super worried and Sylvia took her time and was wonderful! She even walked me to the cough medicine isle and recommended a cough syrup for my 5 year old that didn’t have additives or chemicals. Thank you ladies so much!

Came here as a second opinion after my PCP failed to help me. The time to see the provider was a little long but scheduling the appointment online, check in, and actual time spent with the provider went very well. I’ve done a walk in before and it’s definitely longer so I would suggest making appointments online since everywhere is booked now a days

My grandma wanted to be seen and was only 2 minutes late after the ten minute wait. She’s feeling very sick and they still didn’t take her, even as a walk in. There was no patients waiting either to be holding up time.

They don’t answer the phone. Please avoid this place. All I needed to know was one question about my son’s health when he got prescribers a medication.
