I recently had a new client session with Sara. I was intrigued by one of her treatment techniques - NKT. I have a left shoulder injury s/p thyroidectomy due to thyroid cancer back in 2015. The surgeon mistakenly cut my left spinal accessory nerve leaving me with permanent nerve damage and a host of orthopedic issues. I was curious to see what she would learn and find. It was an enlightening session! I learned that my hysterectomy scars (surgery also in 2015 - yeah that was an awful year for me!) on my abdomen were also playing a role in the strength and dynamic stability of my neck and left shoulder! She recommended different activate/release exercises to do. She went over them during the appointment, but also emailed me instructions. The handouts are fantastic - great pictures! At the end of my session with Sara, she did a vagus nerve harmony massage on me. Wow! I loved it! So relaxing! This is not your typical head/neck/face massage. The VNH massage requires knowledge of the vagus nerve locations and proper skill for positioning of the head in different positions. When Sara worked around my eyes - I was gonzo! I could've gone in a trance! I definitely recommend Sara to anyone dealing with chronic pain and chronic injuries! Thank you Sara! I appreciate you and the time you spent with me! ?

I could not recommend Releaseology enough. My experience with Sara was truly amazing! I went to her for chronic issues with pain in my shoulder and back. I've seen other therapists in the past and tried many things that didn't work, so my expectations going in were low. Sara was super friendly and passionate about her work. She asked thorough questions and listened carefully to make sure she fully understood what was going on. My session was customized so that we could address the underlying causes of my pain and included dry needling. Results were immediate! I felt dramatic improvement in my pain that didn't seem possible before. She also created some exercises for me to do at home to keep the pain the from returning. Do yourself a favor and go see Sara today!

My experience was absolutely amazing. I was so shocked to find out a simple scar from a surgery I had was the cause of my neck pain. Sara is very talented, professional, and knowledgeable. She is able to connect w/ you on a personal level all while providing exceptional care and a comprehensive approach to address your pain/needs. As a patient, being able to get into your therapist in a timely manner is key; Sara is very flexible and able to schedule you in when you need her. I love that with her practice there is no misplaced motivation to keep you seeing her 3x/wk for however many weeks and seeing several patients at a time as in a traditional therapy clinic; in the time she is treating you, she is solely focus on you with the goal to get you where you want to be in the quickest way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND working with Sara!

Sara's expertise in Neuro Physical Therapy coupled with her practice of NKT is a rare find. I highly recommend Sara for anyone with Neuro deficits, muscle weakness, pain and gait issues. I suffered paralysis of my left leg, glute and hip from Neuro invasive meningitis caused by West Nile virus. Sara has been instrumental in helping me transition from a wheelchair to walking on my own. She has put many of the puzzle pieces together that no one else could.

Sara treated me for my right arm pain, and she and a colleague worked on my low back pain too....amazing how they were able to find the source of my pain in both areas. They left me with some exercises for maintenance. The knowledge of the triggers was invaluable as I now know what to try if ever the pain recurs, at least on my arm, before I make a follow up appointment. My back is a more complex situation so I would definitely see Sara again if the pain recurs.

I found Sara on LinkedIn and was curious and intrigued by a technique lve never heard of before, I have suffered from chronic pain for the past 11 years, and have tried different treatments only to just keep feeling worse and in more pain, I can only say after my first session with her on Feb. 1st was so amazingly helpful that I am mind blown and still can't believe the relief it's given me that the next day I called to book another appointment for 3 days later, I had already booked for Feb 18th, but because of the amount of relief the first session provided I didn't want to wait to have her work on the next problem area. The treatment I first received was a technique for scar manipulation. From someone who has had numerous surgery for appendix, gall bladder, tummy tuck, knee replacement, this year was Achilles tendon and rotator cuff. If you are skeptical because you too have probably tried everything too, the small cost is nothing to be able to finally have hope that i can get back to living life and being active and pain free. I can't wait to see what part of my body she is going to blow my mind on next week. Thank you Sara. Oh forgot to add she is professional, friendly and amazing at what she does.
