My stay at MH rehab was pleasant.
The nursing staff very knowledgeable and eager to assist .
The phys therapy and occupational therapy departments are the bread and butter of this place .

There were few minor issues , but I do believe that once we fully understand that there’s no blame , no shame and no finger pointing , patients and medical staff thrive to the fullest .

Mistakes do happen.
Recovery also does

Lastly , “A nurse does not make the worst patient “
That’s a chauvinistic preconceived bias aimed toward nurse women mostly since up until recently, female nurses dominated the field .

It’s inappropriate and had no place in healthcare setting .

A patient who happens to be a nurse , just wants to be heard , to not be dismissed and to be part of the discussion re her / his care plan .

Otherwise, the nurse patient will bypass any and all obstacles who serve no value nor service but ongoing antagonistic demeanor.

We went to visit a church member and friend. Everyone was nice and friendly. The area of rehabilitation was clean and smelled nice.

The best nursing home in North Alabama! The nursing staff is knowledgeable and communicate well with their patients and families. Residents are happy and are provided compassionate care!

Wife lives there from reported to me by Her. Tried to bribe Her with gifts or a free pizza they were going to buy for Her. If tell state inspectors they are doing a good job there and taking care of Her right. Which they are not doing at all. Don't know if still doing to Her but at least one time was told amount of money saved up there from government check wasn't the same that should have been there. She needs to get them to use to buy supplies for Her with. Tells Her She needs to get up out of bed and move around and walk around and She has a broke back. Put Her in a sling lifted Her in air about killed Her. She told them She never would let do to her again. She isn't getting cleaned up right just now starting to do okay doing once in while didn't do for awhile after first coming there at all and had bed sores really bad everywhere and plain raw everywhere. Had stuff stolen from Her several times. She is a diabetic like others living there and don't make right food for them. And when complained about it told fix it but never did. Some times several days in roll be same thing or different stuff that a diabetic couldn't eat. So She couldn't eat the food or mess up Her sugar way to much and make Her sick. When COVID around keep giving to Her all time there soon as got rid of it. She would get it again.
