Zimbi Dental has by far the sweetest and best staff. They take the best care of you and definitely know what they are doing! Each and every visit I feel very well taken care of. I moved out of the valley recently but I will continue to drive up to their office for all services as it is very much worth it. 10/10 recommended 🙂

The team is great. Unfortunately terrible experience lately where they sent me to collection for a $75 invoice that they never let me know about. They had my email, phone, mailing address, but they never reached out to me and sent me to collection about an invoice that I had never heard about. When I reached out to them to kindly correct the issue, I reached out multiple times by phone but they never replied or returned my call. I reached out by email and they just told me to deal with it with the collection agency, no care for the issue nor wish to resolve it. All this when it was their mistake and now the collection agency is calling multiple times a day about it.
