Everyone was so amazing. I usually hate the dentist and I’m such a cry baby but the doctor and staff were extremely nice. They made me feel so comfortable. The staff made me feel so welcomed and they answered any questions I had. The doctor was extraordinary he did a great job. Thank you so much team! 10/10 would recommend Zak Dental

I had a fantastic visit at Zak Dental Downey. The staff was super friendly and made me feel right at home. Angie, office managerwas awesome—very kind, professional, and explained everything clearly. The office is clean and and I felt really comfortable throughout my appointment. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for great dental office!

I am one of those that the Nerves kick-up high when at the dentist!
Zak personnel os very proffesional, curtious, and attentive, .... gotta give them an "A" all around! As for pain wise, i did not get to that part yet, ..... But i am confident they will take all necessary steps to numb the crap out it!!

I love Dr. Zak Dental in Downey. Been coming here for years and this is still my favorite dentist. They know you by name and attend to your needs. Always feels good walking in here and obviously better walking out. Shout out to Angie! She's always smiling! 😁

I was able to get a same day appointment at this location and I was thankful for it. I was met by friendly staff who checked me in without any issues. Talked with the team leader Angie who is wonderful and assisted me with my needs. Within a few minutes I was in the dental chair and greeted my Dr Zama who is phenomenal and I highly recommend him. He very attentive to his patients needs and articulates in detail what needs to be done and his recommendations for his patients. Thank you Angie and staff for a great experience.

Worst dentist experience ever. I would give 0 starts if I could.

Had an appointment for 10:40am. Didn’t leave until 12:45pm with no cleaning done. Only X-rays were taken and never saw a provider in person, but mind you through a video call. My appointment was for a regular cleaning and NEVER got it done. Asked the insurance lady what was the whole point of me making an appointment and waiting for so long if they didn’t schedule me for it. Her response was that l would have to make a new appointment for that. Left furious it’s an understatement, but they’re so pushy about selling their products with no interest for 12 months. Called my insurance and reported this place.
Please do not waste your time with these people you’ll be there for 2hrs just for X-rays and be “seen” by a provider that never checks on you in person but talks to you through a zoom meeting!

I went to zak dental for my appointment on 10/11/24. The check in process is very easy and quick. The x-rays took about 10 minutes total to complete. And the wait for seeing the Dr was very quick. I love the virtual exam! It's very interesting to see what the Dr is explaining and follow along as he's explaining it all. This makes the exam so easy to understand and thorough. The staff is wonderful! Very helpful and kind, walked me to my room and told me what to expect from my appointment. I was able to sign documents and make payments right from my phone which was so convenient too. In all, I'm very satisfied with how my appointment went and excited to start my treatment.

I had an appointment to see a specialist here. They charged me for a referral fee that I had already paid for through my dental plan. However when I explained this they argued that the code didnt' add up. Even though the description clearly states what it was for. Turns out I was right and double paid. Stephanie at the Whittier office said I would be refunded within 10 days. It's been over a month and no refund. All my phone calls have been ignored. They are ghosting me. - Good luck to anyone needing help from their admins..
