My experience was very positive. The office staff, the doctor's assistance Tricia, and the doctor, were all friendly and professional. Everything was explained thoroughly and my comfort was a priority. Dr. Truong was as gentle as he could be. They made a difficult situation much easier. I highly recommend Creekside Endodontists.

I have gone through many years of having dental procedures and being extremely uncomfortable throughout the procedures. I can honestly say this is the first time having a doctor that is extremely gentle, caring and does amazing work. On top of that the office staff also went above and beyond for me, I charged my bill to a card and wanted to reverse the charge and switch it to my care credit card after I had already paid and left. They took care of it right away for me. Highly, highly recommend! Thank you grass valley Creekside Endodontics!!!

Everyone was very friendly and efficient. What impressed me to most was that after evaluation, the doctor advised me that there were things he could try but that he did not think they were the best way to go for me. He referred me back to my regular dentist for a much simpler procedure. I am very grateful.

Dr. Truong perfectly re-treated an old, painful root canal. Now I can't feel a thing in the tooth—I couldn't ask for more! He explained every step of the procedure, which I appreciated. Best RTC I've ever experienced. Dr. Truong's assistant—Cat—was ... just great. The staff are also just ... great: friendly and professional. Five-star review should be 10 stars for Creekside Endodontics, Grass Valley. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you!

Creekside Endodontist employees were very nice throughout my appointment. I was greeted as soon as I came in the door. Politely given paperwork to fill out. The dentist introduced himself and shook my hand. He explained what the tested showed and gave me recommendations as to handle my dental problem.

They truly succeeded at making it a pain-free experience, and I have had the occasional painful experience in the past with other providers; so I greatly appreciate their focus on this. Also, the doctor and assistant worked together harmoniously and efficiently, which lesson the time I had to sit in that chair. If you have to have a root canal, they are a good choice.
