I had a great experience here. The lady that was working was very nice and helpful. I ended up having some troubles receiving my results from the lab and when I returned to ask for help, she gladly assisted me to call and find out what we could do. I was on a time crunch and I was stressed & upset but she was very polite & willing to help me. This was my first experience here but I would gladly use this site again.

Just left there probably going to loose my job she gave me a clear clup I did what I had to do and came out she got loud with me stating that I took a sticker off the cup when I try to explain that I didn't she got louder then turned around and said my pee was to cold to the touch and that I'm being recorded and that she was gone call my job and tell them I refused I think there should be cameras in the back to to verify wether or not if it was a labeled cup cause I don't lie and I wouldn't dare taking the time to remove a sticker when ik there by the door listening always feel uncomfortable going to these places they try to make you look bad depending on person

Wish I could give this no stars, but the girl behind the counter was very rude. Never spoke to me, and when I walked outside to get my phone, she told me I could not go back in due to her “starting the testing process”

I was there recently for a pre-employment drug screening ,I was experiencing shy bladder ,which I had never heard of .Laura was thorough and compassionate beyond belief she explained the process was patient and kind !I watched her perform the job of 5 people answering phones,conducting tests,processing paperwork ,dealing with unfriendly customers and maintaing complete professionalism the entire time .She made an uncomfortable experience so much better . Highly recommend .

The woman behind the counter was extremely rude to me and I felt even worse for the 2 older people that she was very hateful to. Would never recommend going to this place!

Very rude lady behind the counter. Just assumes everyone knows exactly what to do when they walk in. Assumes you know exactly what paper work to fill out.
