Such a good experience throughout my ortho treatment, I would definitely recommend it to anyone that would ask about my braces. Ernesto is the best and very accommodating. Other than there has been a change with Drs recently (Dr. Jen leaving and different dentists coming), but overall staff is very friendly and always explain everything very thoroughly, also pricing is very good. Glad I chose Wow Smiles for my orthodontic treatment 🙂

I love this place. They always make my daughter & I comfortable, super quick process. Only thing is I was rescheduled about 4 times to get my braces on because DR Jen was out sick. I finally got doctor B to get my braces. Other than what issues we have with scheduling. I like this place. I hope we can keep our braces on with no further complications as my daughter’s brace fell 3 times (even though she ate soft foods).

I am in awe of the level of professionalism I encountered today between Dr. Jen and her patient care coordinator Angie. My 10-year-old daughter was apprehensive about going to the orthodontist, but excited about the prospect of getting braces.
We met with Angie, she explained everything in detail. We were able to set up an appointment for our daughter that afternoon. Bottom line, it is a well oiled machine, I’m grateful to have such excellent care for my kids.

My experience has been amazing from the start. I walked in for a quote and completed paperwork and got braces that same day! Most of the time I’m in and out of there in about 30-40 mins unless they’re doing something that requires more time. All the staff I’ve interacted with have been really friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever seen any one of them not smiling or laughing; looks like they enjoy their work place. Dr. Jennifer is so friendly and she’s amazing at what she does. I still have braces but I’m loving the results so far! Would definitely recommend! Oh and their music is always good please share your playlist with other clinics lol 😅

I love it here!! The entire staff has been the absolute sweetest throughout my treatment, they are all so welcoming and sweet. My treatment has gone incredibly smooth. The assistants and Dr. Jennifer Stachel always throughly explain what the plan is and ease any concerns I might have regarding the treatment. So thankful I chose this office to help me feel more confident about my smile! <3
