As someone who lives with chronic pain, I have seen numerous physical therapists over the course of my life. I can say without hesitation that Dr. Carol Ann Sparks is the best PT I have ever worked with! I experienced her as kind, patient, and professional. She is highly knowledgeable and does a superb job of explaining what’s going on in a way that a lay person can grasp. Her treatment recommendations were very practical and do-able, which helped me feel more confident in my own ability to use my PT toolkit and manage my pain.

Katie was my PT and she was wonderful. I recently gave birth and my pelvic floor was in a sorry state, and within about 6 visits I was having no more pain, my abs were no longer separated, and I’ve been able to resume normal workouts. The facility was really nice with lots of new equipment. After I completed my therapy, Katie provided me with pelvic floor exercises to continue strengthening my core

This is truly a much needed place for people looking for relief from urinary incontinence.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and work with each patient to really individualize their treatment.
I highly recommend this clinic and the wonderful staff who are really making a difference in the quality of people’s lives.

The clinic was very clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My PT, Katie, was fantastic with assisting in my postpartum recovery. She was very thorough with her examination/evaluation, provided useful and beneficial education, and created a customized plan to help me meet my goals. I highly recommend WAMOHP.

The staff at front desk are excellent! Very knowledgeable and kind , my therapist Kylin Levy listened to every detail of my problem and gave me the best treatment. I followed her treatment and I saw the difference within days. In general I had a really good experience with the Torrance office. Kylin was very kind and treated me with respect.

I wish I had started physical therapy during my third trimester of pregnancy. My doctor referred me to WAMOH due to some challenges I was facing post c-section. From day one, Shirley and April were phenomenal! They were highly attentive to my needs and tailored my regimen to suit me perfectly.

I was even allowed to bring my son along for several sessions and able to include him in my exercises. I didn’t believe I would feel normal again after my c-section, but thanks to their support, I’ve regained so much of myself back! My recovery would not have been possible without their help and I’m so incredibly grateful for them! WAMOH vastly exceeded my expectations and I will definitely return if the need arises!

Really unpleasant experience with the front desk receptionist and scheduling sessions.

I had been going for several weeks and enjoyed seeing my therapist Theresa. I had every Saturday booked as I’m a busy mom of 2 under 2 and weekday appointments are very hard to make. My Saturday sessions kept getting canceled last minute and I was told there was no one who could consistently see me for my pelvic floor issues, and basically I had to just deal with the last minute cancelations. No apology or effort made to try to help me find a therapist who I could see regularly on Saturday.

The receptionist was extremely rude. I canceled all my future sessions and will be going elsewhere. Do better!
