Armida is an amazing facilitator and nurse. Dr. Nicely seemed bored doing my procedure which is what you want, I think: it was all very routine and my post operative complications were very, very minimal. All said and done I was in and out in about 45 minutes and they make you comfortable without making it seem like a big deal. Procedure was successful and I'm in no pain at all!

This office has a lot of rave reviews, but unfortunately my experience was not a pleasant one. The front desk staff is incompetent, and while the providers are nice, Dr. Nicely is not thorough. I switched to Dr. Puttler and I love him. Dr. Puttler identified my thyroid and progesterone issues in the first visit. Dr. Nicely needs to limit his patient load because he is stretched too thin and it shows.

I had a great experience here! Everyone there are so warm, comforting, and welcoming. I thought something negative would come out of it because of what I was seeking. For awhile I have known I never wanted kids nor ever had that type of desire when I’m around other children. Sterilization or a tubal ligation for a young woman can be such a battle. I have heard that women having to go through therapy, fighting for coverage of the procedure, and for the doctor to agree. The doctors were understanding with me and allowed me time to think things through between appointments. They listened to why I wanted it and how sure I was to get it. I think I had 4 appointments in the span of a month and a half. I got the tubal ligation with no fight and my medi-cal surprisingly covered it. I got it last year at 23 yrs old
