I recently had the pleasure of receiving treatment at Wise Physical Therapy, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and friendly front desk attendants. They set a welcoming tone for my visits, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed about my appointment schedule.

The office itself is clean and well-organized, creating a calming environment. The staff is professional and attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns and tailoring my treatment plan to meet my specific needs. Each session was engaging, and I truly appreciated the personalized approach.

My time with Wise Physical Therapy was the best. Everyone treated me with such kindness and care. They listened to me and were flexible in their treatment plan. They always showed interest in my feedback and made changes accordingly. The environment was amazing too, the employees felt like old friends. We were always cracking jokes about everything when I went in. To the point where I looked forward to visits even though I knew treatment would be hard work. I really appreciate this team, I hope anyone who needs them can find them!

Before starting physical therapy at Wise Physical Therapy i could hardly walk due to osteoarthritis in my hips. After visiting Wise PT this spring and summer I can now perform all of my daily activities. I still have knee and hip pain and will have that pain until I get surgery, but I have strengthened my muscles, improved my balance, and gained an understanding of my pain and my limits. I can now differentiate between joint pain and muscular soreness from exercise which lets me exercise and improve by working through some pain without the fear of hurting myself more. I am now a strong believer in physical therapy and will continue exercising much more than I previously did. I thank all of the professionals at Wise Physical Therapy for outstanding service.

The staff at Wise physical therapy is amazing. I started off treatment for migraines and have completely overcome the pain with the help of Mr Wise and his colleagues. I am now starting a plan of care for a hip injury and I am going in with complete confidence that they will help me become pain free. This is the third physical therapy business that I have been to and by far the best.

If i could leave a zero star review i would however, i do believe one star would suffice since the ONLY thing saving this practice is how kind the reception staff are. My mom recently was seen by Mr. Wise in for an evaluation prior to surgery and words cannot express how unprofessional and condescending he is. I was present for this appointment as was my dad and during the entire visit he continued to question the Neurosurgeons medical diagnosis of my mom and would try to diagnose my mom himself without imaging (which her surgeon has). Additionally, my mom has a heavy accent and sometimes has a hard time articulating what she wants to say, therefore that is why I was assisting her during the appointment. I speak perfect english and while i have no accent, he continued to speak to me slow and tried using spanish repeatedly to me as if i didnt understand a word he was saying. Again, I could understand if this was done with good intention if he had not it with attitude and in a condescending tone. Mr Wise was extremely unprofessional. Towards the end of the appointment, my dad had to step in after waiting in the waiting room due to how loud Mr. Wise was being. Mr. wise is not a neurosurgeon, and while I can understand there may be opinions had, recommending PT for a patient who clearly cannot move is not ok. (We just needed one PT evaluation for insurance purposes). He also rushed my mom and dad out of the office saying he was tired and wanted to go home. We will never be back here again.

The staff at Wise Physical Therapy are kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They endured my stubbornness and exceeded any expectations of typical patient care. Just when I thought I would never be pain free, I am beginning to turn the corner, especially with the help and techniques of Mr. Wise. Healing is difficult and time consuming but possible. I am grateful to the entire staff. They are experts in their fields. I look forward to continuing with them and getting back to my former physical strength.

My back pain was bad after a simple injury. It was painful to sit for long periods, sleep, and I needed help getting dressed. After being seen and was taught the tools to help strengthen my back, I am now back to being pain free. It feels so much better! Everyone at Wise PT was so nice and caring. The front office staff always had a smile on their face and the therapist were amazing at explaining not only what you’re doing, but why the exercise were helping.

I’ve never went to physical therapy and I was super nervous going for the first time. I began getting back spasms really bad after my pregnancy and everyone was very helpful and understanding. Not only did I leave feeling better but I’ve learned so much to help heal my back and I am forever grateful. The staff has been extremely helpful from the receptionist to Mr. Wise. I even received a small diploma and graduated Physical Therapy ? thank you again!
