Absolutely terrible. They tried to overdose my mom on her combivent inhaler witch can be extremely dangerous for a women of her age. This place needs to be shut down or heavily investigated.

My mom is here for 3 weeks of rehab. Ashley has been really nice and helpful with anything we ask and need. Nurses are nice and the staff is very professional and attentive.

The staff there tries their best, but they are way under staffed. My father has been there for 12 days and his wound has gotten worse since the day he left the hospital. While the staff tries to be helpful, it is apparent that some of them are not properly trained. The wound care doctor only shows up once a week and didn't not show up until my father's 11 day at the facility. This is unacceptable. A person who enters this kind of care home is already fighting for their life and because of the lack of training and staff, people are forced to endure more pain because of the sub par care.

I can only imagine what those patients go through if they have no or little family to check on them. Fortunately, my father has family who cares and will not stand for the mediocre care due to monetary restrictions. This home is by no means the best, but we had no choice since there are no beds available at any other locations.

My hope is that someone who is in charge reads this and tells the keeper of the purse (upper management) that there needs to be changes ASAP before some dies because of the lack of preparedness that this place has.

The doctor here Has never once met me in the over a year that I’ve been here but he decided to cold turkey me from medication that you’re not allowed to cold turkey someone from For four days until I had to find my own doctor outside of the facility. Then he chooses to continue and remove most of my medications for anxiety for sleep and mind you he still has never met me. This place is so disorganized and it has no real direction other than for financial gain. There are good people here but they are suffering

There should be a way to give no stars!!! My son who is paralyzed from the neck down and on a ventilator was sent there. Within about 24 hours I found him struggling to breath and they lie. They thought that was normal?...he talks and is completely alert. How is that normal. I have video of how I found him. They lie. His nurse told me he only started doing that after he got his meds. Another nurse told my husband he was like that all night. When we demanded that they call 911, or we would. They actually asked us if we were sure. Then they still didn't do it until my husband went to ask were the ambulance was. DO NOT TAKE ANYONE THERE. I can not believe that the state has not shut them down and that they are even contracted with them.

Some employees are very nice with residents, but some don't attend residents when needed. A couple of female nurses had been rude to my aunt and at least 2 times took a long time to help her change. No one was helping her. Good thing my aunt is not there any more.
Update there is one nurse I remember. She is rude with residents. I believe she is from India.
