My daughter was here and they called a private ambulance company instead of 911 when she was having seizures. They didn't recognize the seriousness of her situation. A couple of nurses were good , but mostly I felt like they didn't understand her situation and I would not recommend them. Three people to a room that was tiny and the whole atmosphere was depressing. When she was having seizures, she acted out and one of the nurses got upset at her instead of empathyzing

My mom has been here for three years now. I don’t think it is a bad place, but it is very difficult to get in contact with her there. I made sure that she had a cell phone. But somehow her cell phone has been missing And it is turned off. When calling the facility, sometimes people do not answer the line, or they leave you on hold for a long time and forget about you. Or their phones by the rooms never work. It is just very difficult to check on your loved ones and that is my only problem. That the care that they give my mom, is much appreciated. She went in in bad condition, and she is doing good.

I am really grateful for the new staff, here at Windsor! They are so friendly and they take great care of their patients. The facility is so clean, that was so important when finding the right place for my mother. You can’t beat the location either, it’s so close to hospitals for any major health issues that my mom may have. Oh and I just can’t say enough about the administration! They were the best when we were looking for a place to put my sweet mother. They answered all of our questions and made us feel so good about our decision to put our mother in a home. With tremendous pride I write this review for Windsor Care of Cheviot Hills. The hardest decision was to put my mom in a nursing home. But the administration Gil and admission Adrian made it the best decision EVER we made for my mother. The love and care they have towards their patients and their families is truly outstanding. They care for my mom as their own family member. They make her smile and to never give up. They keep her calm and always encouraging her to get up and move the facility is very clean and the care there is truly unbelievable. I’m so relieved because my mom is safe and I can finally relax knowing she is in a safe, extremely clean and loving home. I thank the CNA Steven, Marc, Wilfred and RN Mojy for your hard work and unconditional love you have towards my mom. If your reading this and looking for a home for your love one this is the best place ever hands down. I’m so blessed to have each and everyone take care of my mom.

Cheviot Hills has taken fantastic care of my mother since her discharge from the hospital. The hands on approach from admissions to nursing have been remarkable. You truly can see how much the employees care for one other and the other patients.

BEWARE!!!! keep your love one's away from this facility. These people are the worst. They're VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, place is filthy, no one cares for the patients. They don't do checks. A family member was visiting and no one notice she was there until12:30am!!! Way past visiting hours. They lie on their charting. This is so sad and scary for all patients currently under their care. A nurse admitted that they keep patient up to 100 days just to charge the medical.

I brought my mother to this facility In order to recover from a fall, and it was the worst mistake that we ever did. she actually ended up in the hospital For dehydration and Neglect from her caretakers. They are still in professional every time I would ask him about her medication are the times that she would be changed. They never had an exact time and all they had on the board was just lies. Would not recommend for a love one

I have been visiting my Grandfather here for quite awhile. There have been significant positive changes in the last 2 months. The new Administration is always walking around talking to patients, relatives, and staff. The marketing guy is really friendly and even though my Grandpa has been here awhile, he’s always following up and making sure we are ok. It’s very clean and the food (according to my picky Grandpa) is pretty good. I give 5 stars because it’s improving all the time and has valet parking during the day.
