Dr. Nick was amazing! So kind and kept checking on my pain during my procedure. He let me know everything he was doing with his assistant and showed me pictures before they did the procedure, explaining everything in detail, and taking time to answer any questions. I’d highly recommend them! Everyone there was outstanding! Great place!

Every person I've encountered there has embraced me like one of their own. When I had a concern, they were incredibly accommodating and managed to fit me in for a visit almost immediately. It was reassuring to know that they prioritized my needs and made me feel right at home.

They always do a great job. They provided me with an emergency appointment when I was experiencing painful dental issues. The hygienist has been very helpful in assisting me with my dental care. The office staff has also been very supportive. Becky, in particular, has been instrumental in managing my insurance and helping me reschedule appointments when my availability changes. Overall, everyone treats me exceptionally well.

My first experience with Willow Bay was great with respect to expertise demonstrated in understanding and explaining my situation, generating a comprehensive treatment plan, and having staff explore insurance and payment options. Their graciousness and courtesy is appreciated.

Ultimately I underwent a root canal that was handled with precision and expertise. It was a much less arduous experience than I had anticipated. The technology of this practice, from the preparation with a three dimensional scan, to the execution, even employing laser technology, was state of the art, or so it seems to me. My grade: A+.

6 months ago, I told them that a tooth they previously did a root canal on would randomly throb and didn’t feel right. Not necessarily pain, but I have had a root canal before that did not have these same symptoms. They took an xray and told me that after the Dr reviewed, they would call me if there were any issues. If I don’t hear back, it means everything was fine. I never got a call back. Today at my cleaning they told me they did detect an infection 6 months ago but basically forgot to call me. They stated the infection is serious because it can spread to your blood. They are now telling me that I need to redo the root canal, and it will be an incredible amount to fix. This would be the third time they are charging me to do work on the same tooth, which I understand may happen, but the lack of communication is alarming.
