For starters I’ve had a very bad experience with a dentist who almost killed me so I have very bad panic attacks when it comes to dentist but William Pen Dentistry is amazing they are so nice I was able to get appointments for me and my 3 children quite quickly for being new patients they make you feel comfortable and welcomed they actually explain things to you listen to you and talk to you they don’t act like they are know it alls or perfect they don’t make you feel uncomfortable in any way I totally recommend them and Azra at the desk is super sweet an helpful as well! If your looking for a good dentist they are the ones!

I had a great experience multiple times at William Penn Dentistry. Dr. Barksdale is really informative and does excellent dental work. The staff is also great in the experiences I have had there. William Penn Dentistry is my go to from now on. Thank you all again, feels great to smile 😃

The front office staff is VERY rude and unprofessional. They constantly call the day before the appointment to change the time of the appointment, and if dont agree, they would just cancel the appointment. The last time, the woman even hung up on me after I told her I could not change the time, then she called me back 15 minutes later to let me know it was either come in earlier or I would have to reschedulefor a different day. This is the most unprofessional office I've ever dealt with. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Right from the moment I first walked in i was greeted with a friendly receptionist I was 15 minutes early they gave me paper work took me right in 👍🏼the assistant was friendly and did a good job cleaning my teeth . The dr was straight forward pulled no punches . I appreciated that other places I’ve been were just out to make money instead of getting to the root of the problem . Looking forward to coming back .

Super impressed and excellent work; Accommodating for emergencies and very comfortable experience with updated tools like a laser drill. Their X-ray technology even helped locate an abscess to avoid a painful surprise.

This was my dentist back around 2017 , I’ve had fillings done that fell out after sometimes only weeks , there teeth cleaning was a joke they spent no joke 5 minutes doing it which it usually takes at least 20-30 minutes for it to be done properly, the one young chic was rude and condescending, the doctor has no clue what he’s doing , and they screwed up my root canal that ended up costing me close to 5grand to have fixed by a specialist. since I switched from them to Easton bright smiles it’s been night and day I’ve had 3 root canals with not one issue . I would never go back beware

The dentist is knowledgeable and very friendly. The assistant can be nice at times, but should be more mindful of her audience when talking loudly. The front desk people are amazing and kind.

Edited review: I still come to this office, and see a review that I’m very dumbfounded by. Dylan, who wrote the recent review, failed to recognize that this is a different practice, and dr. In 2017 this practice was not here, nor was Dr. Barksdale. I suggest you find out the facts before posting about another practice/ Dr before you write a review.

I have been coming to this office for a very long time. I have seen staff come and go. This is a new practice, and I haven’t had a problem with anybody in this office. Whenever I come I am always treated like family. It seems like a lot of these negative reviews are from the PREVIOUS owners, or people who really don’t have anything else better to do. I was just in this office, and everything was clean, the dentist was very helpful, and the staff were awesome. People should start writing reviews for the good and not just the bad.
