I have been a patient with this practice for the last four years. I was very pleased with my doctor there who was caring and took the time to listen. Unfortunately, that doctor as well as other doctors have left the practice. Now, every time I go there, I'm seen by a different person. They don't seem to be able to keep doctors for long. My most recent visit was the worst by far. I was seen by Lacey Alston. She didn't seem to want to listen to my situation, didn't offer anything to help me and told me if I was still sick in 10 days, maybe she could help me then. I was still in the process of asking her a question when she left the room. My symptoms got worse by the day, but since it hadn't been the 10 day time period she gave me to seek her help, I went to a different practice. That doctor actually took the time to listen to me, offered me advice and prescribed me medications. I am happy to report that I am feeling better than I have in the two weeks that I've been sick, with no thanks to Washington Health System. Until they can find more permanent, competent help my advise is to seek help elsewhere.

New patient. Had Rebecca, she was easy to talk to, didn't rush, and was very knowledgeable in all my questions and concerns. She also made me feel comfortable to the point of not feeling like just a number. Wish I would've switched here sooner.

Update: Still a very satisfied. I could have a simple checkup, but Rebecca always takes time to ask if anything else is going on.

What a joke! They don't review ur records or even read they own office notes. Lacey's assistance has lied to me 4 times in the last 2 days back to back! Sherry i think is her name. In the past when getting medical equipment its only taking 24 to week for things like walkers & potty chairs, its been 15 days & they finally sent the right paperwork.

SO IF YOU WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT HOW INCOMPLETENT THIS PLACER IS, it will be a long read sorry

I came home from Ruby hospital Saturday June 1st. My app. with Lacey was 8or8:30 Monday morning June 3rd. which was only my 2nd time in the office & there was already red flags. "all the meds that I told them I was no longer on during my 1st. visit was back in my chart. 2nd RED FLAG: I got INJURED IN 2009 became DISABLED! I had a HOME HEALTH AD for more than 3yrs 47 HRS. a week. Now 57hrs a week, I ask for a new handicap ♿️ Placer Lacey tells me she will NOT write for a permanent one incase I inpove & no longer need it." Now I request a mobile scooters & a potty chair because I'm not to walk on my foot & my only bathroom is on the 3rd floor. After the first week I call to find out why nothing has been delivered only to find out the they wrote for a regular wheelchair even though they gaveme a referral to be evaluated for a mobile one & they never sent over the required documents even though McKnight medical told them exactly what they needed & exactly how to write it. Now yesterday Sherry calls & tells me my insurance has denied me so I call my insurance company & they have no idea what I'm talking about the last prior authorization they got was from they hospital which I left on the 1st its now the 17th so she puts me on hold call Sherry & leaves a voice mail telling her what they need. Now today the 18th Sherry tells me that today is the first day McKnight medical spelled on exactly what they needed which is a lie because on June 5 & June 10 I talked to McKnight medical onces & Sherry twice the 2nd time was to make sure they understand what was needed. Holly from McKnight medical even told me today the she has sent 4 letters stating that the paperwork either needs to say I'm confided to1 floor that doesn't have a bathroom or to 1 room that doesn't have a bathroom & that she calls the doctors office every day trying to get the paperwork. Which is the same thing I was told the paperwork needed to say before. Now at 1 point I call Sherry to find out what the problem is sometime after the 10th & I say I don't understand what the problem is I'm not aloud to walk on my foot my only bathroom is on the 3rd floor of my home which I have used the stairs in 3 yrs & the only potty chair I have is Not made for my weight & is braking & she tells me why didn't you just say that from the beginning? Really you've already been told that I can't walk & that all the paperwork has to say is the I'm confined to 1 room without a bathroom in it. On top of that there should be plenty of information already in my records. I also found out they don't know that in order to get approved for a mobile wheelchair they must write a referral to the company I'm going to get the chair from then that company sets up the app. with O.T. for the evaluation. Personal I think it's another lie because Sherry said it, then said they refer to a place in Washington I refused to use & its the same process they had to do with the potty chair minus the evaluation. Last they could not get enough blood so they tell me that I have to go to a hospital & get it with a ultrasound how they don't get me a referral for the ultrasound just for the blood draw.

Though we like Dr. Eskarous, she is only there on certain days. The Washington Health System is horrendous. No one answers the phone. You need to leave a message and get called back hours or days later. When they finally call back, and you need to make an appointment, they now send you back to a call center to make that appointment. THAT IS RIDICULOUS! If you are already on the phone with someone, they should be able to make you an appointment, not place you back into another queue where you have to wait again and press a thousand numbers before speaking to a person. I realize it isn't the workers, it's the system that is completely broken. Then they make every effort to have you see a Physician's Assistant rather than the doctor. I'm sure this practice will be losing long-time patients rapidly. I'm finding another doctor ASAP!

Told for two days that they couldn't help me get a appointment and the people at the front desk where extremely rude told to go to the hospital instead of wasting their time.

I now in the hospital because these people didn't want to help there patience.

Do not let anyone come to this place, it's full of amateur nurses that barely have a bachelor's degree or even an associate's degree.

I absolutely love these guys! I have taken my children to the lousy pediatricians in Uniontown, and had almost given up hope that there were any decent doctors in the wretched state, until I found Dr. Verenna, and her awesome team! They listen to me, and are never condescending! They make my children feel comfortable. I have never has issues getting papers faxed, or making appointments, and someone always answers the phone. I will never go to another practice!

Terrible. One of the MD's seemed as though she did not have a care for what I had to explain regarding certain symptoms. In fact, I lost the patience to explain everything that I felt the need to. I then requested a release to work, which was somehow interpreted that I needed a note for the day I was seen. Not the case. Receptionist gave me dates that I should have not recieved apparently (not too important, but still....) Overall completely lackluster IMO, considering I have been to numerous doctors concerning other conditions. My recommendation - look elsewhere for a doc.

So far so good. Nice modern building and quick wait times. All on 1 floor so it's easy to get in and out of. No climbing stairs or elevators.
