Scheduling is horrible, my daughter has left the office crying because staff have scraped her gums with tools, don't know how to remove wires or replace without strong-arm tactics. For the last year she has been told "you'll have your braces off next visit." I finally had enough lies and wanted her braces off. The office manager was polite and seemed genuinely concerned. However, the orthodontist when confronted about my daughter's treatment said, she didn't know about my daughter's past treatment. Her excuse was that she hadn't looked at her chart. This sent red flags. How dare her come to my daughter and start making decisions for her treatment without knowing about her previous treatment. She couldn't answer what has happened prior so when I had questions she threw it back stating no one told us she would've been done with treatment. Her response was to look at my daughter's teeth and say she has six more months and walk away. I will tell everyone I know that Westrock Orthodontists in Cabot should be avoided at all costs.

We have been with westrock since 2018 and they are awesome. We started phase 2 this week cant wait to see the end results. Big difference at the end of phase 1 alone. Staff is friendly.

Horrible ! Scheduling is a nightmare! Wait time is absolutely ridiculous. They are always behind and random doctors. Save yourself aggravation and go somewhere else .

If i could give this a negative star rating i would. I am very disappointed in westrock. First off, their communication is terrible. Second of all, my daughter has had her braces on for 2 1/2 years and nothing has changed, in fact got worse. They have removed 3 permanent teeth - in which now she will have to get implants, when it should have never have came to that point. After leaving westrock we transferred to another orthodontist and he stated that for one they had the brackets in The wrong position and had been placing the brackets on her gums which caused them to become very swollen in the last 2 years. also stating that whenever they would replace the brackets they had never scraped off the glue, which has now caused indention and stains in her teeth from the glue eating into her enamel!
