The entire staff at this location are the BEST! I’ve been treated for neck and knee issues...the most recent being a total knee replacement. I actually enjoy going to my appointments because of the pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The therapists are compassionate and caring (especially Sierra and Lindsay 😊) and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

Morgan is a quality healthcare professional. She has a unique talent to listen and ask pertinent questions. Her treatment plan for me has been personalized and she maintains a consistent follow through with her recommendations. She is most appreciated and has raised the bar for healthcare professionals.

I unfortunately had several injuries this past year. Was recommended to Western Berks by my orthopaedics office. The staff is awesome!
From the front desk (Steph and Kamryn) to all the therapists. Mostly working with Lindsey and Sierra, always attentive and pleasant. Facility is very compliant to Covid 19 regulations and very clean. My experience has been great and beneficial to my health!

I put off postpartum physical therapy for 5 years after my first child figuring it would be too awkward or uncomfortable. Lindsey helped me feel at ease about talking about the issues I was experiencing and helping me do the work to fix them. I'd highly recommend every women to do PT after pregnancy, especially if you've had a cesarean. I just had baby #2 via cesarean a few months ago and I definitely wasn't waiting this time around to get working on the scar tissue or diastasis.

Great place to go for physical therapy. The staff is very friendly and my therapist Lindsay was very good at explaining what I needed and then actually providing what I needed. I would recommend Western Berks Physical Therapy to everyone. My husband had used them in the past and we were very satisfied.

I have needed to use therapy for a shoulder injury and a fractured Tibia. I cannot speak more highly of them. The therapists are knowledgeable, respectful, and pleasant. The atmosphere is congenial and comfortable. I will refer any person who is in need of therapy to set up an appointment with them. Thank-you Western Berks in Wyomissing for all your help with getting back on my feet, (literally).

I was in Physical Therapy for about 3 months. I always felt comfortable and my therapist, Deb, always kept me informed as to what she was doing and what to expect. When she asked questions, I felt like she listened and addressed any problems I was having. I would highly recommend them.
