The staffing ratio was very good on my shift. I had all the supplies I needed. The parking arrangement seems counterintuitive but it's okay.

All the staff and personnel are extremely nice Everyone was very helpful and made my mom feel welcomed. The only drawback is the appearance of the place itself Could use some sprucing up to make it feel more updated and homey..

They have no help, smell of urine is strong, don’t have enough bedding for beds if residents wet the bed . Residents lay is feces and urine soaked diapers. Some with special dietary requirements are not given food to meet their needs. Loud carrying on in hallways. Don’t answer call bells in timely manner. Some call bells are pulled out of outlets because they are tired of it ringing. All these statements are true. Something needs done there

I haven't been here since Covid. I am happy to hear that the elevator is now in working order. The staff was very friendly. I was with a group who was playing cards. The young lady even gave me some lemonade. Thanks for ALL you do for the residents and the patients that come to your facility!! The check in process was very easy.
