THE TRUTH

They do see you asap. They will mess up your teeth on purpose to keep you coming back and do the bare minimum so they could keep charging your insurance company, they'll do the least to fix and are very quick to pull out your teeth. But don't worry they have high payment plans for implants starting at $5,000 and than some for each tooth. They'll do anything to pull your teeth out. Some of the chemicals they use do mess up your teeth. The older staff is rude especially the actual dentist.( philipino man) they try to give you no choice to keep your teeth so they can pull them out and charge you an arm and a leg ,maybe a kidney or two . Ha!... never the less get medical. The county hospital dentists are amazing! Always positive always willing to go the extra mile to actually keep your teeth and actually fix them and they actually know what they are doing.The county is also Very proffesional at everything they do. They have actual clean tools and medications . They don't have you wash your mouth with listerine before your visit 😆 the wait time at the county hospital is sometimes months but that's because they're actual proffesionals teaching other future proffesionals and they get paid regardless of what kind of insurance you have. This place is all about the money. If they see you wearing nice things or having nice stuff they're quick to mess up your teeth and wank them out.

After XRays, sat in the dental chair for 50 minutes before seeing a dentist. This place is a money pit, production dentistry. Rather go to a traditional dentist, who knows you by name. Endless additional costs, getting a second opinion. My recommendation, choose another dentist 🦷

First time here, came in for a cleaning. Very professional, the Dentist was extra knowledgeable. I asked him questions that my previous dentist had “concerns” about. But this new dentist Dr. Jeffery had no concerns and said my teeth and gums were in excellent condition.

What an improvement! I wrote a very disappointing review a couple of years ago. At that time there was a staffing change and the service was really poor. Since writing that review all of my visits to West Coast Dental of East Los Angeles have been amazing! The wait time has dramatically decreased. The staff is very professional and thorough. Everyone is friendly,pleasant, and focuses on getting the job done. Most importantly the dentist provides multiple treatment and financing options to ensure patients have access to treatment within their budget.Thank you staff for responding to the feedback of your patients. Update: This place buys reviews and has gone down hill. They enticed me and others to post positive reviews in exchange for free hygiene products. Not only that but the staff is rude and the doctors don’t know anything.

Todays visit at the dentist was my first time there. Darlene was patient and assisted me throughout the beginning from X-rays to the polishing and cleaning. She was very sweet and nice, excellent service from her. Thank you 🙂
