I've been going here for years due to my insurance being accepted here. Stars for the therapists, no stars for the staff.

There have been a few good eggs in amongst a load of bad ones. I was threatened with being discharged from the practice because of a nurse's inability to check portal messages once. When my car absolutely shuffled off the mortal coil, the place was less than understanding because of missed appointments so I lost the ability to officially use Zoom. BUT two of my best therapists have been here, no sarcasm nor jest, both of whom let me use Zoom on the days I don't have a car because they're understanding, mature human beings who realize that things like denying services can lead to bad things and some things are simply out of everyone's control!

It seems the staff and lower leveled mental health "professionals" have to ruin good things that might actually lead to mental health recovery.

After years of searching I found the one counselor who I found trust in that helped me with my issues in the past. He is a great counselor who I have the most respect for. Remember that only you can really help you.these people are here to help guide you through what you can't do on your own. My five star rating is for my counselor who I know is great in helping me with my issues and understanding

I have missed appointments, yes! But if any type of doctor at all would be understanding to that, you would think it would be mental health, but no. I am being seen because I don't want to do anything, depression, get sicjk leaving the house even, so no matter what, I thought when I could go, or felt able, they would see me, but they didn't because I have missed appointments, and then they discharge you. Really? Now I feel like I can't get help if I need it. Awful Policies and No bedside manner

I have a really great therapist, Nurses are nice and Becky is great and good at
what she does but hold times when calling in are unacceptable, good luck getting through. My 3 stars are because of that.

I called saying that I shad to stop medication because of thoughts of hurting my myself and my family and they told me we can't see you until 3 days later. They put me through to the nurses line and it said that a nurse would return my call with in 3 days. Shame on you, shame on you!

Recieved a message from them after being referred saying they are not scheduling at this time. Seriously? A patient is referred to you and you can't even make an appt for them to get help. Thanks it was important or anything. 🙄

Went here in the past before it was WellSpan and actually had a good experience, but when they changed to WellSpan it really went downhill in my opinion.
