I’ve been here twice. Both times I was seen very quickly. The second time a Physician Assistant (Dylan Gordon) stitched me up as well as any plastic surgeon could do. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Can’t say enough about his bedside manner as well. Very personal and courteous as was a Holly the MA. Kudos to both of them.

The prices and the wait for this place have gone through the roof over the last two years. When I first starting going to this place with my family we were playing $25 dollars a visit and the waits were usually 15-20 minutes before being seen. The prices and wait times have only gone up and gotten longer since then. Just took two of my daughters here for the flu last week and I paid $50 dollars for each and still waited almost an hour just to be seen. Then the doctor told me she thought they were mostly over the virus and didn't want to give me meds for my kids. Both of my daughters were in a lot of pain and could barely move around or talk. Why the heck did I pay $100 dollars and then wait over and hour just for the doctor to tell my kids to suck it up. This place has turned into a joke and should be avoided if at all possible. Either go to one of the other urgent cares around here or go to the emergency room itself for these kinds of prices.

My experience Is right out of a "B" movie. From the shifty bossy obese receptionist, to Doctor "Lexus". I was even Insulted by him even mentioning opioids. I was not there for medication, I did not ask for medication. I was there because I wanted an x-ray of my hip and to address the Issue with my hip, not cover It up. The nerve. I do not recommend.

New patients are charged $277 plus the $50 appt fee, BEWARE. My insurance covered $187, lord knows what a surprise cost that is for uninsured folks.
Actual facility and staff were perfectly pleasant.
But I'm disgusted by the obvious greed behind the new patient billing procedure and must give a 1 star. My appt took 5 mins, I just wanted pink eye drops and was away from home; not worth $300+. Surprise medical billing is illegal last I checked. Go somewhere else if you're looking for an urgent care and you've not been here before.

Thank you to Chase, Kelle and the staff who took care of my elderly mother on 9/24/2024. Mom was very ill and the staff was compassionate, empathetic and professional. Tests were conducted and Chase called me to discuss the diagnosis and way ahead. Thank you all so much for being there for us and for taking such compassionate care of mom.

My husband tried to do a walk-in for a work physical and TB test, they denied his appointment and would not allow him to pay cash because he didn't have insurance.

The receptionist was very nice and patient with my mom and I. I went in because I thought I had pink eye. The nurse I had was nice too. I had Dr Graham Foose and he was too fast felt like he was rushing through everything and speed talking. He told me I had pink eye so I asked if it was contagious and he said no. From my understanding pink eye is contagious so I have no idea why he said no. When I went to look back at my summary there wasn't much on it. Just stating that I had pink eye on the summary
