There was a nurse that was very rude she had lip filler and looks like she got her face done. She was rude and inconsiderate, she was completely rushing , not at all welcoming and honestly made me feel very uncomfortable. Told me she was going to prescribe me a new cream when all I needed was just a refill on the previous one I had been using for 2 years from my last doctor for my eczema, that was all, I did not need a new “steroid cream”. She said that she was going to prescribe me the cream and then just left out the door. I stayed seated and waited for a while and she did not come back so I assumed the appointment was over. Lacks basic etiquette, respect, and communication/social skills, especially for the field she is working in. Get her out . Not to mention I called the pharmacy multiple times and she never sent them the cream. Are you serious? You had one job and can’t even do that.

This office is no longer convenient care, so I transferred to have Dr. Crim be my PCP. He is attentive, he listens, he never rushes and he values your OWN opinion on how you want to proceed—great attributes for a good doctor. ( 10/5/23 ) I LOVE Crim and his team. He’s seriously the best doctor I’ve had in my 36 years. The girls are easy to talk to and always helpful. I’m so glad I found this office!

I just moved into town. Made an appointment to set up a new PCP & was seen at Wellspan Family Medicine in Carlisle. The Dr. & nurses were very nice, but the Dr. refused to pull bloodwork from a previous doctor who had run the same tests a week earlier. Because she ordered the tests all over again, my insurance charged me $800!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have Blue Cross, Blue Shield. An office visit shouldn't be more than $50. Here, it was close to $400!!! Bloodwork should be covered, but now I have an $400 bill for nothing more than her convenience, the 2 totaling $800. The bloodwork came back completely clean, as I expected it to. I was not ill. I had just been tested before my move. I knew that everything was fine. It was a wellness check & a new patient visit- nothing more than standard procedure to run the tests again instead of simply pulling records. It was an act of convenience on their part that is costing me $800!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now it will take me months to recover from such a bill and will prevent me for as many months from saving for a house. It will cripple me financially, and the stress will affect my health negatively. In this economy, the last thing anyone needs is another gigantic bill. They could and should have checked for insurance coverage, but I was not notified until after the fact that I was being charged so exorbitantly.

I don't believe that the medical system treats patients anymore. All they do is run tests in order to run up charges & bill more and more. I have had my health completely turned around by chiropractic and natural medicine. They tell you up front what they're going to charge & they do things that actually HELP. All the medical profession has ever done is keep me sick so that they can charge more money- issuing medicines that have side effects that require more medication, running tests for convenience when there is no need. It's a scam. It's all just an elaborate scam, & this office is no better than any of the rest. They claim to be, but they are not. In future, I will insist on cost of care in WRITING!

I am also going to contact my Senators and Representatives and push for Empower Center for Health to be brought to this area. They charge $98/month per person and ALL VISITS, MEDICATIONS, THERAPY & in house services ARE COVERED. Pre-paid, all inclusive medical is what we need to vote for. Commissioner Bruce Erb brought it to Altoona, PA and they have seen measurable increases in patients health due to no barrier access to medical care. We need to vote for that in this area as well!

My review was taken down less than 24 hrs after posting. This location has extremely judgmental people who will hold your symptoms against you, cancel your Dr appointment when you really need help, and then blame you for being combative. I've been trying to reach someone on the phone today, not confident I'll get a call back at all since this office seems to have a personal grudge against me for yelling at the receptionist after finding out my boyfriend's brother was murdered. I had to call for my own appointment 15 minutes before it started.

After moving into town from out of state, I chose Dr. Bailey at Wellspan to become me and my family’s primary care provider. During my first appointment, Dr. Bailey seemed friendly and attentive. I take medication to increase my focus and have been on the same dosage for over 10 years. During the visit, there was no indication of any deviation to my medication with her becoming my new primary care provider. Over the 10+ years I’ve been on my current dosage, I’ve transferred care between 3 doctors in 2 states - again, all without any change to a treatment plan that has always worked for me.

After I left my appointment with Dr. Bailey, I went to CVS to pickup my new prescription only to find out the dosage had been lowered! This was never shared with me/explained to me during my visit with her, so why the change? Thinking it was in error, I called the doctors office and told them about my medication and the possible mistake regarding the dosage amount. The receptionist put me on hold and went to ask Dr. Bailey about what had happened. When she came back to the phone she stated that the reduction in dosage was intentional and not in error. I became frustrated and asked why this wasn’t discussed during my in person visit. The response I got is why I will never be back, nor respect Dr. Bailey as any kind of professional. The receptionist said, “DR. BAILEY SAYS IF YOU DON’T LIKE IT THEN YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.” Now, what kind of respectable physician would ever say something like that? Perhaps Dr. Bailey is stuck in the world of medicine from 1970 whereby there is no two-way dialogue between a doctor and his/her patient to come up with the best approach to a patient’s treatment plan? Perhaps she lacks the intestinal fortitude to discuss a change to my medication in person and instead does it after I leave the office only to have to deal with me over the phone by talking through her receptionist as a proxy mouthpiece? Alas, we may never know since I will never have a need to visit her office again after being treated in such a shady, unprofessional, disrespectful way.

Doors are locked yet they are open, says to call to be let in. Sat for over an hour watching as the staff looked at us and blatantly ignored the phone calls and us at the door. There was no one inside so they were not busy with customers. Absolutely pathetic customer service.
This is the only urgent care that accepts my insurance and they have this kind of customer service. Amazing.

With much research looking for new physician, 1st vist, great experience. Staff was awesome and Dr Crim is exceptional. Very caring, concerned, took time to listen and great feedback. Thankful I went with Dr.Crim.

WARNING DO NOT SCHEDULE AN APPT HERE. I scheduled and waited. I drove 45 minutes. When I arrived they said they don’t accept my insurance. When I scheduled the appt they verified all my insurance and everything was fine! Thanks for wasting my time
