After a recent self pay appointment where my wife was was quoted a self pay amount, and paid the day of the appointment, we received a bill for a "payment adjustment". Confused we called into the billing staff for explanation, which they had none. The appointment was a basic consultation with NO extra services. A quoted self pay amount should be firm unless services change. They held us hostage and made us pay or it would be delinquent. This is wrong and immoral. Stay away.

I love this drs office. Started out seeing Ms. Robin, she listened to every single "issue" I had. I was a serious mess mentally on my 1st appointment. Ms. Robin listened and came up with a plan to try and help me. Everything she did has helped me. Recently because of my schedule i have been seeing Dr. Wright. He is just as amazing. Dr. Wright is a down to earth person. Reminds me of a little country doctor from small town. He also listena and is very helpful. I recommend wellspan Georgetown to all my family and friends. Thank you Ms. Robin and Dr. Wright for more or less saving me mentally.. yall rock

Not happy with the service this practice provides. It has always been fair with regular appointments but not for emergencies. We called ahead because our son fell and hurt his wrist. We told them we would be there but a few minutes past their walk in hours. We have been patients there for 7 years. We walked in 13 min past 11 and they turned us away. There was no one in the waiting room. We were reassured that we just needed to call ahead. However that was not the case at all. If we were not patients and been seen before we could understand but this was such a disappointment. The staff in administration was cold and down right rude. We tried our best to and stayed composed but our poor 12 year old was in pain and needed medical attention.

I have been mis-diagnosed for over 20yrs....until I made a change and started seeing "Doc Robin". You never feel rushed through your appt & I'm actually LISTENED TO! Within 24hrs of my 1st visit I had answers. And always so pleasant❤️ And the lab side is just-as-great! Heather & Amy(all of them) are AWESOME!

This was our family doctor. But because my son and i have not seen a doctor in the past 3 years they are considered new patients, and since they are no longer seeing new patients we now have to find another doctor. It does not matter to them that my wife and daughter have been seen by them in the past year. They will not even take my son as a walk in.

Is it actual thing for a healthcare provider to hold an office meeting during business hours? How do you have a waiting room full of patients then decide now is the perfect time for a 30 minute office meeting? Absolutely unacceptable.

Love Dr. Wright. He's very knowledgeable and we have never had any negative issues with any appointment we've ever scheduled there. Not only do my wife and I both go there ourselves, but we take both of our young children there for checkups. Great place!

This is NOT a family doctor. They wouldn't see my sick infant just because my wife had the other kids with her. If they were all sick, that's one thing. But if a doctor can't handle illness, or a family, GET ANOTHER JOB!! How is a stay-at-home mom SUPPOSED to get immediate care with other kids We will never set foot in this horrible office again.
