After nearly a year on the waiting list, my mother in law was turned down because of an eviction at a past location. They said it needed to be off her record for 3 years. Why was this not conveyed a year ago when she went on the waiting list? They knew about the eviction then. Please beware!!!

#1 * We have great mangers on ground 24/7 (if needed) and maintenance on grounds 24/7 when needed. Your like Larry (maintenance) even if he just looks at problem and laughs. You know he will take care of it soon as possible. Waverly Heights retirement Village is just what the name says about it's self. Comfortable, quiet homes to enjoy your inside time and lots of activities going on outside if you want it to be, because there are many wonderful residents living here. Tammy and James (owners) take so much of their time and money to make sure everyone is safe, full tummy (many days-nights) alone with activities filled with fun for everyone.
You won't be sorry for coming to check it out for yourself.
