Seriously the experience with Wausau Smiles is Five Diamond Five Star! Having run Four and Five Diamond Resorts throughout the US and serving movie stars, Congress Members and a few President's, I know quality service. From my initial visit to my first consultation I was impressed. They did an excellent job letting me know what was going on every step of the way. I felt as though I was the only patient they were attending to. Looking forward to my next visit!

I had to have an infected tooth pulled. Both the staff and the dentist were professional and caring. I have terrible anxiety at the dentist because of some bad experiences as a child in the 1970’s. Everyone there goes the extra mile to help me get through it.

I was called in for my appointment right away, before I'd even done my paperwork as a new patient! My issue was corrected and I was leaving within 30 minutes! They were friendly and helpful.

I had a bit of a dental emergency, and even though I was not a patient of theirs, they somehow squeezed me in. I was treated with the utmost care and kindness. I will forever be grateful.

Definitely the best experience I've had at a dentist, The front desk receptionist was very friendly when checking me in and having me fill out paperwork. The hygienist was super nice and patient with me since I strongly dislike going to the dentist. The dentist himself was also very nice and was able to explain in detail the steps we would be taking moving forward. The checkout receptionist was also very friendly and the process was super streamlined and easy! I am surprised to say I'm looking forward to coming back and continuing the steps.

Update 3 years later, still the best Dentist office!
